    Shredded bedside table lamp shade
    Sammy K.

We decided to book here while on a trip down the Oregon coast. The staff was nice and professional, checking us in after the office closed at 6 pm, since we spent the day at the Tillamook County fair. The location is great with a path down to the beach. Sunset views were amazing. The room, not so much. The entrance to the unit was dirty, looked unkept with a lot of debris and bird droppings. The unit was very dated, dingy and dirty. The bathroom toilet set was pealing. There was furniture missing and the bedside table lamp shade was shredded. The screen door to the balcony was ripped and falling apart to the point that we could barely open and close it. This was important because there was not AC or fan in the room, so we needed to sleep with the sliding door open for air. We couldn't get out of this place fast enough the next morning. For almost $350 per night, this place was a dump. Owners should be ashamed..needs a lot of TLC.

It definitely wasn't a horrible place but a few things could've made it a bit nicer. To start maybe curtains over the windows. The large window, which was in line with the bed, and the majority of the place, including up to the bathroom, had partial blinds, and then a translucent liner. The window immediately out of the bathroom/shower area had nothing at all. The bed was OK, but a bit soft for me. Smoke detector was sitting on top of the refrigerator instead of mounted on the wall. The lock is a numerical sequence, but has no manual lock inside, part of a door chain assembly is still there, but the chain was missing. These are called cabins and I suppose that is somewhat of an accurate description however, they are more like small one room units. No view of the ocean or bay. On the plus side, they did have a full kitchen. There is a TV but when I tried to turn it on, it said there was some issue with the cable and nothing would work. It would definitely not be my first choice, but if I couldn't find anything else, I would stay there again. I'm gauging this on $130 a night stay. If this were 75 and night, I would've been a lot more content.

The room was small and clean. Nice bed, good shower. Great view! Watched the sunset. Stairs that lead down to the beach. Negatives-the parking area is small and lots of trash. Manager very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for one night as we weee traveling down the coast. The room was ok. You are absolutely paying for the views. The rooms are very outdated, and the walls are super thin. We could hear the conversations of our neighbors on both sides of us.

Definitely dated but the water view from the room is spectacular. The room smells musty but overall clean. I stayed in Rm 25, a double queen room with balcony. The beds were ok, flat pillows, no USB ports in room, not all lights were working, had a mini fridge with freezer and a microwave. WiFi available and stable.

so sad what's become of this place? was recommended by friends, guess they hadn't been here in quite a while. t The price is typical for a California company reaping in the cash.

We were in room 20. It was so disgusting that as soon as we walked in we tried to find another place to go, but every place was booked on a Saturday night. (In fact another couple we watched check in and check out right away) We had booked for two nights so we were able to get out of there on Sunday and found another place for that night. The bathroom was disgusting with mold on the floor moulding and on the bath/shower knob (see photos). the headboard was filthy, The bed stand lamp had mold from how many years of use-forgot to take a photo of that. under the bed was a huge dust compliation (we thought it was a dead animal at first) All of the pictures on the walls were faded and some had bugs inside the glass. The refrigerator was left with finger prints of previous tenants. I had spilt a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel - the black that came off the floor was appalling. I was worried for my little dog that he might be contaminated. The cleaning person actually left an envelope for tips - ha ha - Wow i have never experienced such filth.

Adjacent to the coast, easy access to the beach, great communication from the owners to get into the room with no contact, stable WiFi, spacious living room area, kitchen has everything you could need to make a home-cooked meal, convenient store is one block away around the corner, heaters and ceiling fans function well, and the large windows in the dining area face the ocean. Cons: bathroom and shower are incredibly small/uncomfortable, there is mold on the wooden towel rods in the bathroom, and the television in the living/dining room is small and placed high on top the refrigerator.

So we'll be having a conversation about check in and out times. Yes, the cleaning crew has extra duties do to Covid-19. Not my problem! I was told check in is at 3:00 pm not 3:43. So waiting almost three quarters of an hour to get into our rental wasn't that bad. The grounds are awesome. Lots of cool plants. Chickens and Duck's running around. A couple awesome Dogs that are very friendly. Each T. H. is different but they all have BBQ'S. our bbq is a tad rusty inside but it look's usable. There used to be a Disc Gllf Course here but its been turned into an Event Space. I don't know when the change was made but I saw pics from 2018. The loft is a low ceiling and the bedroom is a little cramped but still pretty awesome for a T.H. The Bathroom is good sized. I was pleasantly surprised at it's size. I really like all the wood interior. Really charming. The Kitchen isn't huge but definitely Full Size. A 10 Gallon Hot Water Tank gives you about a 10 minute shower, so no lounging. Covid-19 is still among us so most of Oregon is still in lock-down. Most businesses are closed and there'll be No Fireworks this year but the weather is decent and were at the coast. Worth it! I needed this weekend. I just got laid off to join the 1 in 3 Americans who are unemployed currently. I'll take a siesta and get another J. O. B. So, for now, I'm going to enjoy this weekend with my family.

The room was fairly standard but definitely clean, and we enjoyed our stay. The actual room had the typical hotel fare. The floors were not carpeted, which I prefer (I can see that they are clean!). Our bed had the usual very thin blankets, but the front desk provided me with an extra when we asked. The room's heat and AC were very good. The room cooled and warmed quickly, and they don't lock the heat/AC like some places do. The amenities were a little sporadic. The pool was excellent (again, very clean) and there were towels by the poolside in case you forgot to bring yours down. The gym is small, and while it might be user error, the belt on the treadmill felt so loose to me that I opted to run outside rather than risk it. It was no great loss-- running along the farming backroads was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was... okay. On check-in, we were given a menu of 4-5 items to order from for the following morning. The burrito I received was small and there weren't really vegetarian options. I would caution folks that are considering this place for their breakfast that it is not a full continental or a buffet. This is a small place and the price is reasonable so I actually don't mind that the breakfast is the way it is, but because it is advertised I did come in with a different expectation. Staff were friendly, check in and out were easy, and the location is super close to the Tillamook Factory. There's a Fred Meyer across the street in case you forgot to pack something. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would stay here again.

I'll start by saying that parking was plentiful, both front desk personnel we spoke with were friendly, and the lobby area as well as lobby restrooms were clean. Our room itself, although basic in décor, was very spacious and we thought the bed was very comfortable. We both run hot at night; the AC worked great to keep us sleeping well. I see a lot of complaints about the limited complimentary breakfast and having to walk down to pick it up yourself. We honestly didn't mind this. It was nice to have a breakfast included to save money and it was decent. Neither of us can have eggs, so we both opted for the english muffin; my husband just got butter with his, I got Nutella. They also have a coffee & hot tea station downstairs which was complimentary. My only gripe was that the elevator was non-operational. We were put on the 2nd floor, which meant carrying our shared 50 lb suitcase up 2 flights of stairs which was rather inconvenient. I have a shoulder/neck injury and my husband has bad knees, so this wasn't ideal. I definitely wish we were notified of this upon booking. Equally frustrating as upon check-out, we saw hotel cleaning staff using this "broken" elevator. Aside from the elevator problem, I thought this was a fine place to stay for a night or two. Ideally I'd rate this hotel a 3.5 star; 3 seems too low, so I'll leave 4.
