Rural King (in general) like to do false advertising. They will lure you in with a good sale, but…read morethey won't honor it. Example. They were advertising a "Manager Special". You purchase a Milwaukee drill/impact Fuel kit, along with a Shockwave 54 piece bit kit. The Milwaukee kit is regularly $399, but purchasing both gets the kit for $299. Milwaukee drill/impact kit number: 3697-22 Milwaukee 54 piece Shockwave Set number: 48-32-4010 The problem comes in when Rural King decided not to stock the Shockwave set, thereby making it impossible to purchase this sale item. They don't even have any shelf space set aside for the kit. I visited multiple stores, and none of the managers could find the Shockwave product, or said they never received any. When I reached out to the corporate help line, they told me it was in stores. They aren't. False advertising.

Rural King was open at 7am the day of graduation (Sunday) and ended up saving us from not being able to celebrate my brother walking across the stage correctly. Rural King saved the day.
