However, I responded to one of the big sales in October - 50% off marked down items. I was shocked to see the store rearranged. I couldn't find anything on sale. Yellow was 75% and hot pink 50% - almost nothing with those tags. Having the clothes all rearranged didn't help. If you're going to do that at least make it clear where the sale items are. This is the second time I was disappointed. The last time was when I was "accidentally" charged full price for marked down items. I didn't notice until I got home just how much I was overcharged. It's too far to drive to mess around. In the past, I could almost always find something. Now? I went home with 3 mediocre items. Meh. Rather than waste my time, I'm buy from Thred Up - pretty good deals and a huge selection. I'll still go to Fairbury when in the mood, but it's almost no longer worth my time.

Her primary request was for me to change the rating and review, not about my concerns (this is where a simple "we can absolutely get her some training and do this better" would have been handy) After talking with her, I said I would be very happy to wait and work with them in June and update the review and the rating based on that experience. Well, June is here and I didn't hear from them, but I guess I know now why I didn't And that's too bad because I was actually looking forward to it. I wish them the best.

From antique furniture, throw pillows, local art, candles, home decor and much more. Usually when I see these cute boutiques my first thought is that they are going to be way overpriced, however that is not the case with this store. Great prices and the gal working there was really nice and helpful. I didn't buy anything this trip but will be going back to pick up some of the items I wish I would have bought. Very glad I popped in!
