If I could score 0 stars I would, I should've paid the extra $ and went to a well known higher end salon. The hair dresser was nice, but I'm beyond unhappy with my service and I am waiting to hear back from a manager regarding a refund. I'm not optimistic, because the lady there says that they're willing to fix it. Who would be trusting again after receiving highlights that are this horrible. I have a dark patch on the right side and a blonde/orange patch on the other side. My highlights in the back do not reach the base and I will not go outside without a cap. If you pay for a product and your not happy you can return it to a store for a refund, but if you are not happy with what someone has done to a part of your body that you have no choice but to walk around with, you cannot, you should be able to get your money back; especially when it nearly $160. I want to scream and cry!!!! I'm off to Mexico on Friday... I decided to let another lady try to fix, still not happy with the colour . Now my haircut is choppy too right in the front. I received a refund and got it fixed elsewhere. read more

I went here for a simple highlight. My stylist was lovely, but did not do what I wanted. When I went back (I had to leave after 3 hours without a style or tone and frizzy half dried hair, my appointment should have been 2 hours max) to get it fixed, the manager Heather man handled my hair and head, didn't say a word to me and said I had to pay. When I stated that I should not have to pay it was never done right to begin with, she became aggressive and confrontational . She said it's blonde, it looks great. Sure, if you want two tone hair ! I asked her if she always spoke to customers that way, her response was "do you?". I was not rude in anyway, I was simply asking for my hair to be fixed. She then told me I was undercharged, like I walked in there and dictated the price I was charged. If I was under charged, that's not my problem. I was told what I was to pay and I paid it, and tipped my stylist to boot. When I showed my regular stylist my hair, as well as my friends, they couldn't believe that I actually paid for the service. They said they would have walked out, but that's just not my style. I was in such a rush and frustrated that I had been there for over three hours and my service was not completed. I had to somewhere I needed to be. I have since contacted their Facebook page to ask for the owners email address politely, and I have been blocked. Heather is the most unprofessional so-called manager I have ever met. She needs a crash course in customer service . The rudest person I've ever met. I'm curious how she would actually treat people that were rude to her, because I was certainly not. And I was treated like absolute garbage. read more

Fantastic service. 1 year ago I decided to semi colour my natural blonde hair turquoise. It then turned to a swamp green, it was horrible. When I walked in Heather, my hair stylist had to think of a plan to fix this horrible mess. I went from blonde to swamp green to dark brown. Since I have natural curly hair, Heather made sure my curls didn't go away. About 5 months ago, I went in and I was going to lighten up the brown so, it would be the same colour as my roots. As she was bleaching it the green was still in, but we still went with the light brown. Even though I cut 4 inches off before that. She tried her best to get it out and make my hair to look natural. After 5 hours of figuring it out, I decided to cut 3 more inches off and my hair was a lighter colour brown. Now, I'm on the journey of getting my natural blonde colour back and getting my hair to be as long as it was before. Without the help from Heather, I wouldn't know what I would have done. She was professional with dealing with this extreme situation and I don't know what another hair stylist would have done. read more
