My boyfriend was watching them give me a manicure and he ended up getting a manicure and pedicure!!! I think he enjoyed his time here more than me!!! Awful!!! Got gel nails that 4 days later started to fall off.. went to get it fixed and the owner Butty charged me even though the nail fell right off... 4 days after that another and then another... I called to talk to the tech that did my nails and she said she'd talk to the owner and call me back... She called back with the offer of a discount on my next set but since it's been over 10 days they won't redo them free of charge ( it would actually be doing them properly!!!) ... I was in there on day 4 getting them fixed. Nothing more than a sweatshop where they do shitty fast work and don't care if it's done right. Stay away from this dump!!!! read more

I was on a search of a good nail salon for my mom and I. So a good friend of ours recommended Diva Nails in Chilliwack. I can confidently say that is was worth the drive from Abbotsford. We both came in not knowing what we really wanted, however Lisa and Kim were so patient with us and were highly knowledgable of the options that were available to us. I showed Lisa a picture of an idea I wanted and she did exactly as I pictured! She even fixed my nail that was slightly crooked just to ensure that everything was anything short from perfect. Consistently good quality. Owner run, and she keeps a good eye on what her employees are doing. Can be a bit expensive sometimes for anything other than the basics. Salon is clean and well kept, and she works hard to ensure her salon meets health standards, such as customers having their own file etc. read more

Horrible! The owner did french tip gel nails on me. She kept looking a one specific nail and when I was driving home I noticed a black hair in the white tip. I phoned to get the hair out and she seemed annoyed. I waited 40 minutes to get my nail fixed. She also asked why I didn't bring my nail file and said she would have to charge me for a new one. I just replied I am only here to get the nail fixed that you messed up. I will never go back. read more

Very disappointed! The quality of my nails was terrible and on top of that, the person doing my nails dropped the shellac dark purple polish on my converse shoes that were not cheap. Once they couldn't remove it all they blamed me for moving my hand. Somehow they though I was responsible for him dropping the shellac on my shoe. Of course I still paid and now my shoes are stained. In this time the service has been consistent and everyone who works there goes out of their way to achieve exactly what I want. I also take my elderly mom and at our previous salon she was always complaining that she'd been treated roughly- not one complaint here. Very unhappy how this nail salon has gone down hill. Use to go get my nails done they'd last 3 weeks no cracking just in time for a fill, last 3 times i've gone now nails don't even last 2 weeks. Had 2 nails fall off after only 4 days. The designs don't last, many tips of nails fall off too. Not only that I feel the owner just makes up prices. Sees my husband is the one paying and makes him pay more, because how on earth does 1 fill an full set cost 145$??? Id rather go somewhere with a set price not have these made up prices by the time my nails are done. One time I paid 80$ for a set with only one design on a nail?! Maybe im cheap but I just cant justify spending 80$ every 2 weeks on nails. Shouldn't a fill be cheaper? Might as well just go back to my home town hour away pay 45$ for a full set that's going to last 3 weeks until my next fill. Such a waste of time and money going here. Its hard enough finidng a sitter for this I cant go in every 2 weeks for a fill or broken nails I don't have time for that. Never go to the male working here either just horrible experience and worst nails i've ever had. Over 5 people I know have had horrible nails experiences from h8im and need to go fix their nails only days after being done. read more

they took us in right away for 2 pedicures and a full gel set. the salon was clean and air conditioned and well kept :) all of the girls were nice and friendly and did a fantastic job on our hands and our feet.
