I went to this place to have my hair cut and dyed. BIG Mistake!!
After I had gone there once to have my hair cut and was happy with the job the girl did, i had faith that they will do it again. But that young girl Aleisha had left!
So I was stuck with this older tired woman who had no customer service skills whatsoever. No smiles, no small talk except gossiping and complaining with her co-workers about a previous customer that they weren't happy about.
I heard them all talking all during the time i was there. they were talking about a previous customer who was shocked at the price they were wanting her to pay. Apparently they gave back 57.00 from the bill - but none of these ladies was happy about that. One lady actually said "I wish I was here - That wouldn't have happened, she wouldn't have got any money back!! She (the previous customer) had done that before! and she thinks i didn't' recognize her!!!! But I do and she's done that Before!"
My hairdresser did a great job chopping at my hair. I could hear the scissors go grinding through big chunks of hair. She wanted to get it done as quick as she could. When i weren't happy at the job she was doing and voiced my concern she started raising her voice at me. I was pretty mild all the way through the appointment til that point and told her not to flip out on me or yell at me because I will flip right back. Then I told her I have been listening to you all ***** about your customers ever since I walked in. She yanked the cape off of me and refused to fix my hair properly and left.
I went to the front of the store to pay for this mess. very unhappy. extremely. she came to the front for a few minutes then left again, left me standing waiting to pay while she went to the back room to Vent Against me to her co-worker. So i am standing there.... and I could see her clearly in a mirror talking to a co-worker - and I could hear her talking about what happened.
Because when she started yelling at me i started yelling back so she was telling the coworker what happened.
Atmosphere wise --- during the time i was there the clients was mostly children and men, older and elderly men and women. Not the young set at all.
When there were no customers and they had some free time they would sit and play games on their phones. The floor still had to be swept in spots, hair all over the place, the cubicles all could have been cleaned, it was clearly dusty and very unkempt while they all sat and played facebook games or whatever it was - I could hear the sounds of the games.
Recommendations: STAY AWAY!!!!! Especially from the one named Jennifer. read more
