The food tasted nice. When I ordered I stated twice I would like a coconut water to drink, he repeated it back to me. When we received our order, the lady handed us a bottle of plain Great Value water. She was advised 3 times that we ordered and paid for coconut water. Even though I purchased coconut water, I never got it. This is a food truck located at the roundabout in Silt, so it's easy to access. Parking is just random on the dirt. There are 3 picnic tables, 2 are fully shaded and 1 is partially shaded. It's not a quiet location since it's at a busy street, but the traffic noise is tolerable.

I am normally a red sauce eater but the green (probably the weak Sendy) was really good. Not spicy but full of flavor. Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.
