Also, I didn't expect to hear swearing from a practitioner within my first 2 minutes of introducing myself. I feel like that's Baseline Professionalism 101. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much. Either way, its not really worth it when there's plenty of good chiropractors around here.

Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck. I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay. Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.
