Dr. Lupo and his staff are all really excellent friendly people who walked me through everything and got me back on the road to recovery fast. I have never been put off or made to wait long. Adjustments are made in private rooms and there is a group rehab area with machines etc. Perhaps some people may not like the group area. However it's always been a really good experience, the other patients and Dr. Lupo really get you going, and by the end you're laughing and having a good time. I've been to other chiropractors and it's not always been a pleasant experience. I've been to some that were pushy or made you believe you need to come back every week for the rest of your lives. I am lucky and have good insurance doctors love to exploit but my co-pay isn't free and at $20/wk I could get cable tv. I mean, geez. Since my initial visit I have been in a car accident and will probably need the occasional adjustment for life. Dr. Lupo must have a good steady practice because he's only every encouraged me to do what I need and doesn't come at me like a used car salesman. He genuinely seems to be in it for the patients health and nothing more and that's hard to find now a days.

She told me to wait for her at the back door so she could give me paperwork to fill out. Finally, i get ushered back into an exam room and the nurse puts a sliver of protective paper over where I am supposed to put my face on the most hideous chair I have ever seen. There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Stay away from Flagship unless you want to support people who overcharge by promoting packages that include injections of what they call mesenchymal cells when you can get the same results without the injections using the treatments that are less expensive. They claim to give those treatments as a courtesy but you pay for the injections. The injections don't last. Way too expensive. Don't mortgage your home or take out loans for these injections. Same results without them. Find an honest provider. They will have to stand before God eventually and answer for their Pride and Greed.

For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. Unfortunately we had to drive from the Pittsburgh area to Syracuse New York for a family event that evening. He tried everything from hot compresses, cold compresses, ibuprofen, etc. He was so uncomfortable. We knew we would be passing through Erie on the way and reached out to Dr. Krauza. He met with us almost immediately, offsite close to the highway. I started in October to help with my neuropathy in my feet & arthritis in right knee. My knee didn't really bother me, but it was probably a way to get more money. The turnover was crazy, constantly new therapy techs, front desk personnel, etc. Instructions on how to use the equipment was rushed & I found out I was using them improperly through YouTube videos. Had bloodwork done in April & got a review months later after constantly asking. Trying to get copies of paperwork was also a hassle. Was told they would be emailed but never were. The last straw was in late July when I had the new chiropractor do work on my knee & have been in excruciating pain ever since! Made me all sorts of promises plus added extra therapy to get me better, to no avail, while I was having to take narcotics I had on hand to help alleviate some of the pain. The last nail in the coffin was having talked to PA Martin who said he would consult with Dr. Jermiah & give me a call afterwards. Got the call & was told to go to the ER, have them drain the fluid in my knee & get a steroid shot!!! I have some visits left but I am quitting now because I am no better off now than when I started & as far as my knee, it is significantly worse. Why did I come here in the first place, could have stayed with my orthopedist who has now eliminated my pain in one visit. The only positive there are new therapy techs, Savana & Ana, who are great.
