I choose Hertel & Brown and to say I was skeptical that was an understatement. I met with Physical Therapist Sarah Bailey and she recommended a couple simple exercises. I noticed a huge difference in one day and after three days I was pain free. I have not felt this good in two years. Highly recommend Sarah and Hertel & Brown.

Don't waste your time here…read more I attended one "assessment" and five sessions of 40 minutes each, each one at a different cost. When I asked why, I was told it was a question for the billing department. The staff just do what they are told. I had my cell phone rudely snatched out of my hand, was loudly insulted while other patrons were watching and listening, was told that this was a medical facility, and I am not a customer and not entitled to believe that I am right. All this at the reception desk! At the assessment I was told that I would be assigned to a team of physical therapists. Never happened. New one every session, and only one bothered to read the file to catch up on my routine. Two were brand new and didn't know the exercises or equipment. Two were great, and one was middling. All but one started the session late and ended it early. I was hounded by text messages to advise me that I didn't "comply" with the number of sessions I should have every week. But they overbook every day. There's no way to scroll through their schedule to find open appointment times. There aren't any. It takes forever to try. One day I received 14 emails about it. Why is this my job? This place is not worth the trip. It took longer to get there than the session lasted because the entire route is replete with construction. Today they refused to treat me further because the manager didn't like the statement I made about being disrespected!

First impressions are everything and the receptionist was too busy to get me started with a new patient appointment. She told me to wait for her at the back door so she could give me paperwork to fill out. Good thing I sat down because 13 minutes later she was still doing other things like talking on the phone getting a payment instead of getting me checked in. Finally, i get ushered back into an exam room and the nurse puts a sliver of protective paper over where I am supposed to put my face on the most hideous chair I have ever seen. It must be from the 60's and the leather is almost completely worn off and full of super old foam. Eww. There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Update: Thank you for the response but I am looking for a healthcare provider that provides a comfortable, safe facility conducive to my healing and that includes aesthetically pleasing rooms and enough office staff to make it a welcoming first encounter.
