We always had an amazing experience at Niagara Therapy. Very friendly and easy to work with! I often refer families there. My 2 children loved it there and were always cared for in an appropriate manner. They work with us as a family to figure out our needs as well as my kid's needs. I received excellent care during my speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. They all showed an interest in my progress and showed me was to adapt to my weaknesses. They were very friendly and were always working on my treatment plan. read more

My 3 year old son has been attending occupational therapy at Niagara for almost a year now. Our pediatrician referred us to Niagara Therapy after he was showing signs of delay in fine motor skills and some sensory processing issues. Our first visit was a consultation and we set up a schedule to see the same therapist once a week. Jessica our therapist is amazing. I have seen incredible improvement in my sons fine motor abilities and his willingness to try activities he would have previously refused. The patience and kindness shown by his therapist is nothing short of amazing! All of the staff I have encountered has been kind, considerate, and helpful. My son has had the opportunity to work with a therapy dog, use strengthening equipment they have on site, and enjoy a variety of activities (games, crafts, exercises, obstacle courses) designed specifically for him. The receptionist Valerie works diligently to schedule our appointments and is extremely flexible with our busy schedule. I truly cannot say enough great things about Niagara Therapy! I am so happy we were referred to this office. We drive 45 minutes and it's worth the drive. If you or your family are in need of occupational, physical, or speech therapy I 10/10 recommend Niagara!!! read more

While in their care, two days after an endurance test which I should of never had, I had a completely different physical therapist than I have ever had, I always had the same therapist up until this point, I hear a pop and a twist in my knee. It started turning colors. I get an x-ray, no breaks. Two weeks later, go to the ER no blood clots but they believe it's a torn meniscus. I am now to go see an orthopedic surgeon. When my fiance emailed them a complaint there was no concern shown about me or question of how I was doing just coldness. I don't deserve to be treated like this. read more

I had gone to Niagara Therapy only to see a therapist that is well know for being great,Vicki. I had about 7? treatments which was 2x/wk. Don't quote me on the timing but from the day I went in until the time I left, which is today, I have felt bullied for payment. They talk to you at the front desk regarding your payment every time you go and then when you're done with your treatment, you discuss your payment with the therapist. This is all under the direction of the owner Michelle. This is not the therapist.. It's the beginning of the year and it's deductible time... Who has $600.00 to give a month for an unexpected therapy. I promised them $75.00 /month but probably 300.00 if I could and she said she would not take the promised amount. She said I could put my therapy on hold until I could catch up. It's all about her mighty dollar. I even missed a week but that's about 6 x's at least per month that they discussed my bill. This is bully and totally ridiculous!!! Another thing it is so colder in there you need to where your jacket in order to be warm. I would not recommend Niagara Therapy to anyone. There are a lot of other places you can go. The only reason I went there is for Vicki. I now will be returning to Lecom for my Therapy they were great. By the way I never heard about a bill up there.
