She told me to wait for her at the back door so she could give me paperwork to fill out. Good thing I sat down because 13 minutes later she was still doing other things like talking on the phone getting a payment instead of getting me checked in. Finally, i get ushered back into an exam room and the nurse puts a sliver of protective paper over where I am supposed to put my face on the most hideous chair I have ever seen. It must be from the 60's and the leather is almost completely worn off and full of super old foam. Eww. There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Update: Thank you for the response but I am looking for a healthcare provider that provides a comfortable, safe facility conducive to my healing and that includes aesthetically pleasing rooms and enough office staff to make it a welcoming first encounter. Dr. Lupo and his staff are all really excellent friendly people who walked me through everything and got me back on the road to recovery fast. I have never been put off or made to wait long. Adjustments are made in private rooms and there is a group rehab area with machines etc. Perhaps some people may not like the group area. However it's always been a really good experience, the other patients and Dr. Lupo really get you going, and by the end you're laughing and having a good time. I've been to other chiropractors and it's not always been a pleasant experience. I've been to some that were pushy or made you believe you need to come back every week for the rest of your lives. I am lucky and have good insurance doctors love to exploit but my co-pay isn't free and at $20/wk I could get cable tv. I mean, geez. Since my initial visit I have been in a car accident and will probably need the occasional adjustment for life. Dr. Lupo must have a good steady practice because he's only every encouraged me to do what I need and doesn't come at me like a used car salesman. Stay away from Flagship unless you want to support people who overcharge by promoting packages that include injections of what they call mesenchymal cells when you can get the same results without the injections using the treatments that are less expensive. They claim to give those treatments as a courtesy but you pay for the injections. The injections don't last. Way too expensive. Don't mortgage your home or take out loans for these injections. Same results without them. Find an honest provider. They will have to stand before God eventually and answer for their Pride and Greed.

Being a first time mom it was important for me to interview the Pediatrician ahead of time to make sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Weibel was more than willing to meet with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have found her to be very personable and likable. She is great with my daughter. There are a few other Pediatricians in this practice and was seen by Dr. Vilushis post delivery so they do rotate for the hospital call. I find their staff has been professional and I haven't had a long wait time when I arrive for my appointment.
