He also has on call if you are having problems after office hours. Lauren is the massage therapist and is without a doubt the best. She is almost instantly able to find the problem area and make you feel better. I always feel a million times better afterwards! Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck. I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay. Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.
