She is almost instantly able to find the problem area and make you feel better. I always feel a million times better afterwards! Unfortunately we had to drive from the Pittsburgh area to Syracuse New York for a family event that evening. He tried everything from hot compresses, cold compresses, ibuprofen, etc. He was so uncomfortable. We knew we would be passing through Erie on the way and reached out to Dr. Krauza. He met with us almost immediately, offsite close to the highway. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much. Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck. I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay. Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.
