I told her about the insurance changes and she told me it didn't matter. She then asked me who called and I told her the message didn't say. All of a sudden I was speaking with someone else who was the manager Marissa and she said she called me. She was very abrupt and said do you have skin cancer and I said yes my referral says basal carcinoma. She said oh skin cancer well we need your PA to send us the biopsy results! I told her I saw the skin Institute in 2025 they should have that! She proceeded to get snippy with me and said Mam, we need that from the beginning in order to schedule you! I hate the word Mam! It's so rude! I ask her to apologize for being snarky and she refused! I asked for her name which she gave me Marissa , I'm the manager here for appointments! They said not to come at all because I was late and they wouldn't be able to fit me in. They then charged me $100 as a no show. This is ridiculous because their policy clearly says you will be charged a late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. I was not going to be more than 15 minutes late but they told me not to come. I also just got an email that their new policy is $200 cancellation for some treatments.
