At 49, my perimenopause symptoms arrived suddenly and with intensity. I was struggling with significant brain fog, insomnia, and mood swings, and felt completely disconnected from my own body. When a friend recommended the HOPE program with Nurse Practitioner Rachael Wojcik, FNP-C, I immediately recognized the value of a comprehensive, personalized approach to hormone optimization. I've now been under Rachael's thoughtful care for over a year, and her ongoing guidance has been exceptional. Rachael is a deeply committed advocate for women's hormone health supporting whole-body wellness. She has guided me through hormone balancing, metabolic support, preventive screenings, and digestive health, always with remarkable insight and attention to detail. Her kind, patient approach, careful listening, and ability to address new challenges as I transitioned from perimenopause to menopause have made all the difference as I've navigated this complex hormonal rollercoaster. HRT has provided profound relief from my symptoms, and I am incredibly grateful to have had such a knowledgeable and compassionate partner supporting me every step of the way. Rachael has helped restore balance, confidence, and a sense of harmony in my health that I didn't think was possible again. Forever grateful!

I've been seeing Amy Rae for nearly 5 years (since moving to LA) and recently had a few appointments with Kelly. Both of them are SO knowledgable, kind, and...gentle. Skin can be a very delicate topic (I know it was for me) and they handle it with CARE. But also, they get the job DONE! I love that the products they use are natural and they've never once tried to "sell me" on anything (although, that hasn't stopped my from buying nearly everything from Shea Terra ...teehee). Finding humans who are honest from the start and truly care about helping you find a solution to whatever it is that you're coming to them for...can be hard to find in such a big city. What truly sets this practice apart is that the doctor herself does the injections -- and it shows…read more Dr. Pontius is exceptionally thorough and takes the time to really study your face before doing anything. Her work is precise, thoughtful, and never rushed. She uses ice and numbing cream as needed, which makes the entire experience surprisingly easy and comfortable. The office is calm and welcoming, located upstairs with beautiful natural light, and parking is easy in the Lower Coast Village area -- a real plus. I especially appreciate that Dr. Pontius asks you to come back a few weeks after your first visit to see how everything has settled. That follow-up speaks volumes about her care and her desire to truly understand your individual needs over time, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The front desk and assistant, Emma, are also wonderful -- professional, warm, and organized -- making the experience seamless from start to finish. The printed post-care sheet is excellent and incredibly helpful to reference afterward. I wish every practice offered this. Professional yet warm, meticulous without feeling clinical -- a practice that clearly prioritizes both patient care and exceptional results.

First of all, I rarely write any reviews online but because of the problem that Iam having right…read morenow after getting vaginalplasty and my prolapse fixed, I think I should write a review here. For some reason, after the surgery, I start developing the recurring UTI, scarred structured vulva, , urgency and urine hesitancy. As a result, I went to see 2 of the Urogynecologies ( which I have to pay out of pocket) and they both said that the surgery that I had which brought damage to my vulva and somewhat causing the problem that I have right now. I soon will need another surgery so that I my bladder can function normally as it's supposed to be. I think if you want to have a surgery done down there, you need to find a well trained surgeon who is specialist in this field , board certified, not just an ob gyn. Nothing offense here but get it real, you need to do the research, lots of research and ask around when it comes to surgery. The reason I give 1 star because doctor Turner is a nice guy but unfortunately he did not fix the problem that I came in for but in reverse. Below is my doctor report before getting the surgery done again.

I left with 2nd degree burns - according to the medical report from the doctor afterwards. The nurse also ruined a tattoo of mine with the laser, which was heart-breaking cause it was of my kitty's paw prints and he's gone. It's the only thing I have from him and it's ruined. I still cry about it sometimes. This entire experience was so painful and scarring, from the pain and actual scars two years later. I was told the scars would go away in 3-6 months, but no dice. The nurse knew about prior sun exposure. I told her I had just started learning how to surf. She deemed it acceptable to proceed. I was there in 2022, and held off from doing this review because I understand the struggle of a small-business. Also because Bree is a very nice person. Finally, I wanted to see if the scars would go away. I've hidden my legs from the sun for years. I think it's time to let people know. I will be contacting the lead physician supervising this facility. I did try for legal action, but the waiver I signed is bulletproof. Buyer beware.

Long story short, my mom and I (who has since passed away) were shopping at the cute makeup store in Montecito next to Jeannine's. A woman there was helping us, and my mom, who was 86 at the time, told her she had beautiful skin and lips and asked if she saw someone. She smiled, handed my mom Dr. Yegiyants' business card, and that was that. Fast forward about six months. My injector, Melissa (who had been doing my Botox and filler for years), decided to join Dr. Yegiyants' office. I couldn't believe it! I made an appointment for my Botox and was able to spend a few minutes with Dr. Yegiyants. I went in thinking I needed skin removed from my upper eyelids. She walked in wearing the chicest blue leather dress, gently placed her finger just above my eyebrow, lifted it slightly, and said something like, "All you need is this." Then she added, "Not a surprised look..." I was sold. I didn't need to hear anything else except, "When can we schedule it?" About a month later, I had my brow lift. I honestly didn't do much research because I believe that when things align like this, they're meant to be. On the day of surgery, I was dropped off feeling completely at ease. From the moment I walked in, the office felt like family. Everyone there is genuinely kind, warm, and caring. I even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Yegiyants' husband, who also works in the office. The surgical suite is immaculate, private, and welcoming. Once I was in my cozy pre-op outfit, the nurses kept me laughing and completely entertained. I wasn't nervous for a second. Before surgery, Dr. Yegiyants came in, carefully looked me over, and we reviewed the plan one more time. It was such a comforting moment. She looked like an astronaut in all of her surgical gear, and somehow that made me smile. I went into surgery with a forehead that had always felt heavy. I came out looking lighter, happier, and more feminine--while still looking like myself. I saw Dr. Yegiyants the very next day and returned for several follow-up visits. Everything healed beautifully, and I always felt completely cared for. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yegiyants and her entire team. They are exceptionally professional, compassionate, and talented. If you're wondering whether you should do it, my answer is yes. You'll probably ask yourself why you waited so long. She takes incredible care of her patients from beginning to end, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I wanted a more sculpted jawline and a fresher, more youthful look before the big day, and XERF turned out to be exactly what I needed. The treatment itself was surprisingly painless, almost relaxing, and Karen made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. The results were noticeable. My jawline looked more defined and my skin had this glassy, tight quality, like it had been polished from the inside. We chatted the entire time, and I asked her about other treatments I could consider for wedding prep. She suggested one I was initially hesitant about, something I'd never really considered for myself. I trusted her judgment anyway, and I'm so glad I did. The results are subtle and natural. I went to Montecito med spa to get a consult on a laser treatment and unfortunately asked them to touch up my Botox as I was remiss in scheduling with me regular clinician. A week later, I noticed that my left eyebrow was severely drooping. I called them and Kelly Ann, who treated me the week prior told me to come in. She acknowledged right away that this shouldn't have happened. She acknowledged it was mistake. I told her I was very upset. She said she would get in touch with the owner to see about a refund for the Botox. There is no treatment for what happened to me. I just needed to wait out the time until the Botox wore off. After three weeks hearing nothing from MMS, I reached out to the owner and scheduled an appointment. From the moment Karen walked in, she seemed incredibly confrontational. I assured her that I had no intention of suing them and that I just thought I shouldn't be paying to have to walk around with a drooped eyebrow for the next few months. I said that they should refund me. Karen was very aggressive and tried to re-label what happened to me as a complication as opposed to a mistake. She then suggested, implicitly acknowledging that they bore responsibility, that my next treatment be for free. Obviously, I told her I had no intention of being treated again at Montecito med spa. She continued to be very confrontational about a refund so finally I said "listen you need to run your business the way you see fit. If this is how you do business, I will definitely let people know."The below photo is after four weeks of trying to let the Botox wear off. I do find it very odd that the 50 reviews before me all used the same language, and the majority of people leaving in the reviews have only left one review in their life.
