You don't call a client the day of her appointment and cancel; and when the appointment that has been rescheduled at her request has been requested to be pushed back 15 minutes so that she won't be sitting outside of your house upset looking crazy. You get a text, not a phone call with a nasty dispostion. NOT PROFESSIOIONAL AT ALL!! And then she tried to throw up that she was trying to work with me by working around my massage time and my sons medical appointment time. But my massage time and my sons medical appoinment time never came into play until she canceled my appointment!
