Our venue required water barreled tents to avoid damaging the grounds. John came out early to measure everything with us, even though using a tent was a plan B. Then, when we realized it was going to rain, John helped come up with a plan A to make the tents even more gorgeous a few days before the wedding. Day of the wedding it poured all morning and John and his crew were out there working so hard to set everything up perfectly. When we got a chance to see the venue, it was stunning. The clear tents with the string lighting were absolutely gorgeous. And they trapped the heat from our heaters to keep everything nice and cozy. We really believe that what was originally our Plan B turned out even more gorgeous than our original Plan A, thanks to Platinum. We would highly recommend to anyone having an outdoor wedding in south florida!

Nadine was VERY courteous and we were able to arrange everything via email. She gave me a cell phone number so I could get in touch with them the day of the party. We had them booked from 12-4, and they were to be there to set up at 11:30 A few things went wrong the day of.... The 2 guys who showed up were also very nice, but they were almost half an hour late. Add that to the generator refusing to start and we ended up not being able to let the kids jump until a bit after 1. The generator turned off a total of 3 times. The first two times it needed gas and it took about 10 minutes to get it running again. The third time the guys couldn't figure out what went wrong for about 30 minutes...they kept going back and forth from the truck to the bounce house and finally added oil and got it up again. Despite all this they were quick to pack it all up at 4pm. We should have had an extra hour and a half or some sort of compensation, but none was offered. I thought this was slightly unprofessional and would probably not book again for this reason. On a side note, we also had the cotton candy machine and snow cone machine. When the guys asked how it was, I told them that the cotton candy was flying into the air instead of sticking to the sides. I was thinking that there was a piece missing or it was malfunctioning but he just said "that's how they work". I have rented cotton candy machines on numerous occasions before and never had that issue! The truck they use is so big we were surprised they didn't have back up generators.

That's it, no delivery charge or anything. Since this was less than half of the price of all of the other places I had been checking out I figured I'd give them a try. I reserved the time online and paid for the deposit on my CC for 6 hours with a castle bounce house. Still in disbelief I called them the next day and they confirmed my order. The day of the party I receive a call from them. Although my party did not start until 1, they were in the area and asked if they could drop off the bounce house early? Not just prompt, but early? Wow! So, we ended up having the bounce house from 10 AM through 8PM. It was great since my kids had fun bouncing in the morning before the rest of the party came. After the party I received a call saying they were on their way to pick up the bounce house. These guys were so fast and efficient that one second the castle was there and the next it was gone. The party joked that these dudes must be ninjas as no one saw them take it down. I wish I would have seen them to give them a tip. Overall it was a great experience. These guys are professional, fast, and courteous. The bounce house is very clean as they wash them after each use. If you are looking for a bounce house at a great price, I would highly recommend Broward Inflatables.

I've shopped around at quite a few party rental business in South Florida and I have to recommend Lalu's for the customer service, the price and the delivery/pick up service. I found Lalu business listing on the Fb Marketplace and immediately reached out and within a couple mins I got a response. The pricing was the cheapest in the area. These party rental Places charge anywhere between $90 to $120 just to deliver a throne chair.. that's just ridiculous! Lalu's price for rental, delivery and pick up was about half the price compared to others. A day before the event they confirmed deliver date and time. At the end of the event they picked up as promised. Chair was just as described and match the pics sent to me via text. I'm very happy with the service and will be using them again for future events.

The showroom is nice and clean with displays to help give you ideas. They also have an area where you can set a table with your choice of linens, chairs, plates etc. to see how the different pieces will look when put together. Panache Events has always been on time for delivery and pickup the drivers know what they are doing and are always accommodating and polite. The amount of stock is truly amazing! I don't think I've ever asked for something that they didn't have. There is always a sales person to help me if I have any questions I have found Allison to be particularly helpful. If you are having a smaller party and do not need delivery and pick up they have a will call window where you can go to pick up your items and return them. I have found this option very convenient for my smaller parties. Overall I would say Panache events is a clean well run facility that is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend them! I believe if you give them a try you'll be thrilled that you did.
