This store is a little hard to get to due to construction at this center. Enter by the Michaels and you'll find some parking nearby. However, it was a good visit for us as most everything was offered up to 70% off and prices were ridiculously low. The store was getting pretty empty when we visited, but there were still a lot of items to look over at the beginning of the week. We wound up browsing all the aisles. Some things were so inexpensive, we struggled to find a reason not to buy them. As it turned out, we just put everything in the cart that appealed and then went through the cart before going through the checkout lane to weed out things and to keep only what we thought we'd actually use or need. We got some cute things for a costume party, some toys for stocking stuffer gifts, face tattoo decals, punk jewelry, gel pens, and even some candy. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out. When I arrived at the party city, I was greeted by a friendly worker and made my way over to the online order pickup area. I could see my bag ready and waiting for me. The wait for someone to see me was less than a couple minutes and they scanned my pickup number with a smile. I walked around a little bit to see what they had out for the Halloween season and boy did they have so much! I loved how their set up was for all the items they were showcasing and everything was very well put together and clean. It's been months and still not resolved. I spent thousands on two trees from this company. One of them stopped working, when I contacted them, they said I had to buy more parts and they were not refundable. I paid the money I paid for really expensive shipping and then I also paid the tariff because apparently it came from China! I paid my contractor to install the new parts and it doesn't work. I contacted their customer service several times they said they'd get back to me. It's been almost a month since I've heard anything back despite sending multiple emails. Do not buy something from them. You will regret it when it stops working and they don't honor their claims on their website that they "have your back".
