HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I rented a Tinker Bell for my daughters 4th B-day and I received a trashy girl full of tattoos and face/body piercings... Don't allow this so called party rental company to ruin your childs birthday like they did to mine. $450 dollars down the drain the girl was an hour and half late to my party and wasn't even in costume..... ugh just thinking about it makes my blood boil, and since I ordered a bounce house they require you to pay cash and give the money to the delivery guy. This place is a SCAM there is never a manager and the customer service people are constantly changing there names... After calling for two weeks the girl decides to tell me she is going to sue me!!! It should be illegal to change your company name as to appear like there are new and with no bad reviews. i don't normally do this due to all the possible circumstances involved however i feel the urge to warn the people about this/these companies epic events / jumbo parties, etc.. I paid half of the total in cash end decided to use venmo for the balance. the driver provided me with the information and I confirmed with him before completing the payment. the driver took screen shots for confirmation and his boss send the ok. it was done. after about 20 minutes the driver calls me again to say that the payment was done to the wrong address and i needed to complete the payment correctly now, i told him that i would but i could not that very moment because it was in the party was keeping me busy with all the kids so i said that when they come back to pick-up the bounce house to please bring me the correct information and i would pay the balance and the driver said ok. a few minutes later he calls again saying... my boss told me to tell you that if you don't make the payment now that he would come back to pick-up the bounce house!! i told him to have the boss call me because I felt insulted that he would not consider the situation, it is not my fault that the information provided and confirmed by the driver was incorrect, I never refused to pay. his boss refused to speak to me every single time I asked. he said he was busy with a party and he could not speak to me, only to his diver.... but it is ok for him to harass me and threat me? this is not way to do business... i don't stay away form a company due to a single bad experience, i gave these people 3 chances... I know shame on me but needless to say, it is enough. I would leave this review on google also but it turn out it is not possible.... Got lost going there but called and they helped me and waited outside for me. I did the pick up bounce with banner and motor for $50. Pay $50 cash deposit (which you get back) and the $53 total with tax I believe. Brought it home. Was clean. (I saw some bounce houses being scrubbed and wash with soap). Cleaner then most bounce houses my kids go to at city events or indoor bounce places for sure. Dropped off next day. No one was there (coronavirus), once again called and they had an employee meet me and grab my things. He didn't have the cash but he ended up refunding the deposit even through all this craziness. DO NOT use this company for anything. Hired them for my son's birthday and the castle deflated twice because the generator didn't work. The first time, there were kids trapped inside crying and screaming. The popcorn machine didn't work, because they attendant they sent was new and burned all the popcorn seeds claiming he didn't know well how the machine worked. After calling to get a refund for the hour the castle was down and the popcorn failure, I was told that the only thing they could do was to give me credit for the next time I use their service. This was the worst company ever!! If I could give negative stars I would. They came on time, which was good, but the bounce house they brought was full of mold and smelled like it. I tried to call and was given the run around and eventually they stopped answering my calls . I had to use a different phone to get through until they decided to stop picking up. I left 2 messages and they never called back. I even tried calling the drivers to see if there was anything they could do and they told me they needed the office to let them know to bring a new one and they never did. THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I used Party N' Bounce LLC which also has the same Owner of Jumbo Parties, LLC. I have been contacting there office since 10:00AM in regards to the bounce house malfunction that happened yesterday, October 13, 2019. I called phone number 954-452-4545. The kids went into the bounce house and it began to cave in. I attempted to call the delivery guy and received no response. I finally texted him stating this is a liability and he responded he will be at the house in 20 minutes. It's a liability to have a bounce house not properly set up with enough blowers. The bounce house only had one blower and when the gentleman came back he added a second blower. The bounce house should have been set up correctly with 2 blowers. My children waited for over an hour and a half to play in the bounce house. In addition, my stone cone machine came will soggy cups. I called the delivery driver and he said the office will bring me new ones by 12:00PM. I NEVER got new cups. I never got a confirmation call when the bounce house was coming prior to the party. I called the night before the party to make the confirmation myself. Today I called and spoke with Anne. She told she would call me by 12:00PM to let me know what the owner said. She never called me so I called again at 1:10PM. She again told me she would call back and she is on the phone with owner. I never received a phone call. By 3PM I called and requested the owner call me by 5PM. I call back at 4:45PM and Anne states she hasn't spoken with the owner. I would like a refund for all of this! I ordered a toddler bounce area for my son's 1st birthday. Had I known they had an F rating with the Better Business Bureau I would not have used them at all. They require a minimal credit card deposit upfront and then have you pay only cash or money order for the remaining balance. They do not unpack the bounce house until you pay them. It was disgustingly dirty for a product used for toddlers. They called me the day before and offered a different product since this one may get wet. When I told them I preferred to stick with the one I ordered they said they would wipe it down and clean it before delivering. They put it together and I asked why it wasn't cleaned and the guy told me he was a contractor who didn't work for the company. I called the number that called to confirm and a gentlemen said he would call his manager and then call me back. When he called back he said that he would clean it. They used my cleaning supplies and tried to do what they could but it needed to be hosed down because the leaves and dirt were stuck on there pretty well. I told him that I just wanted some money back and the manager was to have called me back. I am still waiting. They told me he conveniently put the money in a locker when he came back to pick it up. I expect a certain level of dirt in a children's bounce house but this was unreasonably dirty and not clean enough for a toddler play area. read more

DO NOT USE this company. They are thieves and liars. I rented a bouncy house, a party table and chairs. The table collapsed way before the party. It was a completely broken table. I paid extra money to get better chairs for indoors. They told me the indoor chairs are much nicer. I ordered indoor and outdoor chairs and once they came, I couldn't tell the difference. Chairs were filthy, caked with mud. The driver told me that there is no difference in the chairs and he just picked them up from a pile in the warehouse. Bouncy house was also filthy and full of dust inside. The driver washed it once he saw the condition but the bouncy house didn't dry before the party, it kept spitting water and bubbles and kids couldn't play. You would think that this people will apologize and refund my money. I have called several times and its been over a month since the party. I doubt any justice from this kind of horrible company. I ordered 5 tables, 50 chairs, one bounce house, hot dog warmer machine and kids table with chairs Their delivery guy showed up an hour before the party starts, by himself and I was waiting for the tables to start decorating them. I exchange e-mails with one of their customer service girl and i failed to list the chairs but when i called to give the credit card i verbally told her that i need chairs, i was ordering tables and of course i need chairs, but it seems like they don't care to ask ... Anyway continuing ... The guy who was delivering by himself left the tables on the way of the door, that was number one f... up The tables were duty and full of old tapes and staples from previous usage, I'm sure ... so they don't care to clean their equipment ... The bounce house was so duty inside, one of my guest complained ... what ashamed! I have been a customer of this company for 3 years (rented 4 times already). The latest time I rented, I paid for "indoor chairs" which are supposed to be nicer. The chairs were dirty, rusted, stained, and just disgusting. I couldn't even put all of them out because it was so embarrassing. I had to have 2 guest cleaning with Lysol wipes! I called twice to speak with the manager and haven't even had the courtesy of a returned call. Will never rent from them again. Customer service is the worst. DO NOT use this rental company for a bounce house! We rented from them and it arrived wet, mildewed, musty, dirty and disgusting. Even from the start, there was very little bounce to it. We could hear the air seeping out from somewhere. After only about an hour, there was a huge rip in one of the seams. We had a party with no entertainment and a lot of disappointed kids. I also rented the cotton candy machine and Jumbo Parties delivered on time and my daughter and her friends enjoyed every minute of it. Such a horrible experience!! I will try to narrow this down because I know it will be long, but I NEVER want anyone to experience what I did!!! Will NEVER rent from JUMBO Parties again even if no other company ever existed!!! and will be sure to let others know. I searched for bounce house for my sons party narrowed it down to this company and another, they had paw patrol-- the other didn't. I wound up calling them and within the hour, called back to tell them I realised I called the wrong company. They were slightly more expensive. They would only offer to hold my $30 deposit for a year, not refund it ...so I felt it wasn't worth it to argue about it being $17 more and just keep it. Oh and by the way advertised deals were not true from website prices and what I was given. Then at the time I paid, and after I called about the permit a month later, and another just before the party to confirm --I told them I needed them an hour before the party so I could set up and my son could play. The driver arrived at party time and then wouldn't set up because they wanted my drivers license number. They never told me I needed to provide that, and being I've had my identity stolen , I was extremely hesitant to share it. After only being able to reach the drivers manager, not company --not owners who I asked for repeatedly, called, wrote a letter after party, AND STILL HAVE NEVER received a call. They set up after obtaining my boyfriends ID. THEN, an hour before the party ended with children in it, including a disabled child who the mother had to grab her out by her legs because she couldn't get out on her own, the generator starts smoking and the bounce house deflated. Thank God everyone was ok!!! but left a Whole party of kids crying!!! The driver came, admitted the burning smell of the generator that wouldn't turn back on to the driver manager, and took the bounce house. After having to call the company on my own at the party, and for a month afterward, I just recently received the $30 back--this was all that the owner told the manager I deserved back for the missing hour?!! There are not enough words to tell every person out there just how bad this so called company really are. Let me start by saying that they took down the wrong date then came late with the wrong machines which where dirty and parts missing. they requested full payment up front and took off without even telling me how to work the broken nasty machines. I made phone call after phone call telling them how upset I was and was told they would call me right back when I ask for a manager. The customer service were rude and tried to give me the run around until I lost my temper and let them have it..I called back a few days later and tried to speak to Mike the Gen. Manager but was told he no longer works there. Again I was given the bull- crap answer and was told to call on Friday after two pm when they are closed of course. I would ABSOLUTELY not recommended this company! The driver was having a problem with the bounce house inflating, he said one of the blowers was not working and would have to get another one. He managed to get it up, and as he was driving away it started to go down. It continued to do this throughout the party. The kids would get in, it would go down and they would have to get out. We called them as the driver was pulling away, and they said they would send the driver back, but that never happened. I filed a complaint and they said they would get back to me. They offered me a free bounce house for a day, but I said I didn't want it. I wanted it to work the day of the party. They told me that if you buy something in the store and it's broken, you take it back for a new one. I told her that with a respectable business you have the option to get money back for you are unhappy. I'm not a costumer just trying to get money back for no reason.
