Our daughter wanted to have a "teen nightclub" themed dance party for her 14th birthday! At that age it's really challenging to find a venue for a great party that is safe and supervised, but also, crazy fun! Rachael helped us put together a party that was the "talk of the school" event! Everyone was buzzing about this party! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. It was so easy to plan, and even easier to sit back and enjoy the kids having a fantastic time! We couldn't have planned this terrific event without her! Rachael helped us coordinate with everyone. She sat down with me to brainstorm many times before the party, and took care of everything. The tiniest of details were covered! All of the event was kept within a very reasonable budget! I had never done pre production before so I didn't know such a place existed. I was really fascinated by this place and it was really interesting considering it was in the middle of nowhere! We spent three days here and the pods are connected directly to the venue - it's very interesting how the place is set up identical to a stage. The place is well maintained and we also had the catering that they served here as well. It was prerty good in terms of hotel catering food. Thanks to the hospitality of the Rock Lititz team, we were able to have a great time here! Though it's in the middle of nowhere, it was still nice to be able to experience this kind of place! (Lady) and she was very quirt with me, not real polite during our conversation. Apparently, they require quite a bit of requirements to qualify for Government customers. So, I would say if your Military or Government, it's not worth the effort to stay here. I had to for-go the effort and pay FULL PRICE ($230/night). Which I did, but in hindsight, would not have done it again. Why? Because it is just not worth that in Lititz, PA. There are so many other Hotels and Properties that are quite a bit less and just as nice. They have a cool Rock theme, but that is not worth the advanced cost. It means nothing to me really, that they have a sound stage business nearby that people cant/dont see because it is in a building out back with no windows. Apparently, it is for stage productions to come and "test" or build their stage prior to the show going out on the road, again, means nothing to me. The hotel was filled with "Roadies" types who worry about lights, sound and stage stuff, not really my crowd. If they had a video feed of the action in the non descript. bldg, it would have been a tad more interesting. There was no fire-pits, no outdoor heaters, no nothing really to enjoy a drink and cigar outside. There is a bldg across the parking lot with a small bar and other production related shops (Guitar tuners, etc...), but nothing worth going there for. I didn't know what what inside because the building had not signs or indications of what was in there, just a big black exterior. Zzzzzzz.... Now, the rooms, they were ok, clean and tidy - decent lobby, small hotel bar, but nothing to write home about. Outside, nothing...... They had a small pool inside slightly bigger that my hot tub, whooppeee... So, if you want to spend too much money to stay in quiant little Lancaster PA, then stay here or you want to socialize with other Roadies, then knock yourself out. It's only worth it if your Company is paying or your a Roadie wanting to network. For all us others, then better off to pick one of the many other fine establishments, save a few bucks and go about your Lancaster trip with all the other many things to do. Basically, cost was to much, for too little return for me, just saying...

I called them on Thursday (wedding was Saturday) and they were so obliging, even though they had other weddings that day, too. We needed a little flap of leather added to my son's baseball glove, and after researching online baseball forums, everyone said that any reputable shoe/leather repair place would be able to do it. My husband sent off a message to Contino's along with photos of what we needed, but we never received a response. We took a chance and drove to the shop with the glove and photographs. We were greeted by a pleasant woman and we explained what we wanted. Without even standing up or looking at the glove, the man beside her said, "Oh yeah....I don't deal with those." I looked surprised and he continued with, "I'd have to deconstruct the entire glove and it's too much work." And that was it. I understand that he didn't want to take on the job, but I found his response to be very short and cold, considering that our family made a special trip there because of the lack of response to our initial inquiry. My wife, Meredith, and I hired tents for rent for our wedding on 12/5/20. Due to the pandemic, we had to quick change our venue and needed a tent to meet guidelines for outdoor events. I searched and found tents for rent and after one phone call I didnt look elsewhere. I spoke with Kim and Louise the whole process. They were both so helpful I cannot say it enough. They guided me through the reserving process, how to make changes, and delivery. They even set up a site visit to check out where the tent would go. Elvin was at the site visit and in charge of tent set up and breakdown. On top of being an extremely nice guy, Elvin was smart and efficient with his team for set up. The tent was set up perfectly exactly how we drew it up. The heaters kept our guests warm all night without issue. The quality of everything was amazing. Our Wedding was on 10/1/2022. The weather was iffy because of Hurricane Ian moving northward. We had some major last minute changes with our 60 X 40 Tent location and specifications. The staff was VERY professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Louise and Marlene were especially kind and helpful. The private venue for the wedding was a wording Farm and owners had very special and specific requirements with the regard to the Tent set up and removal. The crew did a good job with accommodating our needs and communication. They are a full service provider and I would definitely use this organization again in the future. We rented a large tent, chairs and dance floor from Tents For Rent for our backyard wedding at the end of May and was very pleased overall with our experience. Not only was the price the most reasonable of all the quotes we got (even though they're more than an hour away from our house), the service was prompt and very helpful leading up to the event. The delivery/setup process of the high-quality rental items was quick and easy from a professional crew who only took a couple hours for a large job, and teardown was completed without incident while we were on our honeymoon. Tents for Rent came to my client's rescue when we needed a last minute tent for an outdoor cocktail reception when weather reports called for rain. Their customer service was top notch! Tents for Rent came through for us at the very last minute. We ordered tables and chairs, we had them all set up the day before the lunch. Tables for the team ready to go; however, due to the variant it was decided the afternoon before the luncheon that we needed more tables - to fit less coworkers at each table. I called Tents for Rent at 10 minutes to 5:00 pm. I hated doing it, but they were able to get me double the tables by 9:00 am the next day. Awesome group of people! I give them 3 stars because the tent was very nice and the tables and charis sufficed for our event. The set up was very swift and the take down for the most part did not leave any damages. The onl thing is they moved a pathway the took me a few hours to place and stacked the stepping stones against my fence. They did send someone out to help place the back but to say the least it was a little unpleasant to find when we returned from our honeymoon. read more

Amazing venue! The family that runs this venue is incredible and was beyond helpful in making our…read morewedding day perfect. We had our reception in November with about 120 guests. We had the cocktail hour in the base of the barn and the reception upstairs and it was more than comfortable and absolutely stunning. Highly recommend.
