I had a wonderful experience with Mia's. I had two birthdays in the same week and made two pretty big balloons orders. Mia was professional, accommodating and provided an excellent service. I wish I had come here years ago after suffering through the poor service at Party City for so long. Both of my balloon orders were ready right on time for me to pick them up, and she even called me the day before to confirm time of pick up and then called me to let me know when they were ready. This is a great local small business I love to support as they know what they're doing and they appreciate their customers, along with providing a really great service. read more

Customer service is a foreign concept, and there doesn't seem to be any adult supervision. I've taken to trying to order what I need from Amazon rather than shop here, but I still come to get balloons filled on occasion. In the 5+ years I've frequented this location, nothing's changed, so I have little hope for the future. During my most recent trip, the cashier glared at me while I walked up to the counter. No greeting, no "did you find everything you needed?", not even a smile. So I said "Hello!" as brightly as I could and seemed to startle him. He did say hi, but then continued ringing me up, pushed the bags across the counter to me, and walked away without another word. Sadly, it's probably the best experience I've had in the store.

I just got married and rented all my linens (tablecloths and napkins) from here. I know what you're thinking, but my wedding caterer will provide linens, for free. Stop right there. These linens are not THOSE linens. Special O has scrumptiously delicious high quality fabrics and textures that will compliment your event perfectly (in varied prices). Say goodbye to those wrinkly white polyester linens that are "included" in your caterers estimate! Special O provides an incredible selection and will mail you real samples so you can see how certain colors/textures work together, plus they will even install the linens or ship them to your event. Overall they are just an incredible staff to work with and they made my special day look smashing. http://www.specialo.com/
