Ashley and her team of performers did not show up to my twins' birthday event. She did not inform…read moreme until the 10 mins before the event. Her team did not leave early to arrive on time to the event. We planned the event months in advance. I spent thousands of dollars for this event. She had adequate time to plan for severe weather for the event. In fact, if she would have left to get on the road 1 hour earlier than she did, she would have made it to the event. She was irresponsible, negligent and immature. To be a Children's performer and be paid thousands of dollars in advance, and plan the event months in advance, and to not show because of 2-3 inches of snow, is unforgivable. You need to check the weather a day in advance and leave early to give yourself room in case there are accidents on the road and severe weather conditions. She let down (2) 7 year olds. I will not be hiring her again. I do not recommend her service. She is high maintenance and not reliable. Buyer beware.
