This is the worst ride service I've ever encountered! The ride itself is, but this is one ride. I seriously need to write a review on. First of all the biggest pet peeve of any amusement ride rider is long operations and long lines. Each cycle takes 7 to 10 minutes, including loading, ride cycle, and offloading. I waited, totaling up to somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes of waiting. I'm finally about to get on. I'm visually impaired. so on, my mom puts me in a double seat. I was very intrigued about the fact that they have double seats. Now before I go on, let me mention that the is: between 40 to 48 inches must ride with a parent and above 48 inches can ride alone. there are also two separate lines, for the writers who are between 40 and 48 inches and another line for those who are alone. In three of the four rounds, I've waited there were empty seats. the other round, I waited in, all the seats were taken. as soon as I get on, they tell me I need to get off. I'm instantly buzzed up and furious. Why? First they say it's about balance, and then they say I don't have a disability pass. I'm forced to get off and stand in this extremely crowded and claustrophobic segment where riders supposed to. This is just horrible. and then apparently I find out that not managing the lines properly. This is honestly just crap. Then I hear a father talking to the right operator, jotting down her name. He tells her this kind of service is very rude. He says to her: "You see that mother over there? She has a little boy. He's disabled." and then says something about the service that the operator is providing is very rude. Big ups to that guy. fifth round which takes even longer. Finally, the worker addresses the whole line situation. But the fact that she managed the line poorly is just terrible. I got on after five crazy rounds of waiting, up to about minutes. I spent an hour at this ride, and after riding this ride. My mom and I came up to the conclusion that this kind of service is bullshit. we are absolutely never riding this ride ever again unless does something about this bullshit. I don't usually speak as harshly as this, but I find that I must stand up for my own rights and talk. tentacle Twirl you will not see me again. Bye-bye! read more
