I was a little skeptical initially because it takes *A LOT* for me to calm my mind and I just didn't think floating would do much for me. Holy cow-I can't believe how wrong I was!! I will absolutely be a repeat customer! It felt like it took about 10 minutes to start to relax and get comfortable floating and then my muscles began to slowly uncoil and my mind was quiet. It was a calm I haven't experienced in years as a result of a completely overstimulating life and world. I would HIGHLY recommend a float session for anyone that needs some stress relief and sensory deprivation. The facility was clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly and the process was clearly explained upon arrival. You are taken back to your own room with a shower for pre and post float (including shampoo, body wash and conditioner) and given ear plugs and towels. Float area has controls for lights and music if you don't want complete darkness. Parking is easy and the location is very accessible right off the freeway. Definitely a five star experience!

I'm not one to come in for relaxation (unfortunately because of how much tension and stress my body goes through) however, every therapist and front desk staff that I have encountered and worked with at this location made sure that my experience is both healing and rejuvenating. The studio is always kept clean, warm, and inviting and the ambience always puts you at ease. One of my favorite therapists is KC and I highly recommend him and his work.

Nine times out of 10 there will be issues with new things. I believe that Upgrade Labs Corporate needs to develop more on roll outs more so than the local ownership. I believe there was alot of excitement in getting it started and I think things that were out of the control of the local owner deeply frustrated him. He shared some of those experiences with me and offered to "make it right" every time I am aware of. This is like any typical business, getting good staff in this "new world" is challenging. Getting people trained and retaining them can be tough. I have had issues with staff not being friendly, and I spoke to management about it, and I can see the change. I think your approach to an issue goes a long way. I have found the management to be very engaging and willing to work with me through many of the same problems the others spoke of.
