After speaking to 11 other massage therapists I expected her to decline my request of coming to my business and giving massages to my crew of workers. Without hesitation, she said they would love to come and offer chair massage to each of my employees who wished to receive one. This experience was nothing short of a 5 star rating for our company and all the employees. This company was punctual, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Heidi's work ethic was evident from the first moment we spoke on the phone to the follow up email I got from her 2 weeks post their visit. We will use Unwind services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent massage especially if you have an event you want them to come too. -LM

There is a lot of give and take with 360 Fitness but ultimately I think the good, if only slightly,…read moreoutweighs the bad. To give you some perspective I was member for about 5 months and while not very flashy it does get the job done if you're looking for a no-frills sort of place to work out. I'd say the two most attractive aspects of it are the location (right in the heart of downtown and they have parking) and the price (very reasonable for month to month members). Both of these factored in heavily to me deciding to join. Once you're actually in the gym they'll pretty much have everything you're looking for plus a few bonuses. They have your standard assortment of free weights, machines and cardio. In addition, they have a basketball court, spinning room and pool. So it's not that they are lacking anything, it's more like things aren't as great as they seem at first. Once you start looking below the surface is when you start coming up with issues. I'll start with the basketball court/setup. The court and goals are fine. But there is legitimately only one decent basketball worth playing with. If someone has that then you're kind of out of luck and will have to grab some of the tatter crappy ones. The cardio room is loaded with machines but the electronics on so many of them are broken that it's pretty depressing. There are a few TVs but you have to get the employee to change the channel for you which a pain. They also don't let you keep the remote so there is no channel surfing. You better know what you want to watch. There also isn't any audio for the TVs. There are subtitles but if that isn't your thing then I'd suggest downloading the Tunity ap so you can stream the audio in. The bathroom and locker room just aren't 360's strong point. It's rather dated and people are constantly leaving stuff and not cleaning up after themselves. One of my biggest gripes was that, while part of the gym is open 24 hours a day, the other parts were consistently not open when they should have been. To elaborate, you always have access to the main floor weights and cardio. But the second floor and pool are locked and only open when there is an employee present. I seriously lost count of how many times these should have been open but no employee showed up. Again, pluses and minuses. And if was I was still in CDA I would probably still be a member so it gets 3 stars. You'll be able to get in a decent workout. Just know what you're getting into.

They also stated I need to come in to cancel which I cannot for personal reasons right now. They will not be able to continue this practice for long as the click to cancel law in Idaho came into affect this year. I enjoyed the time I had at the salon itself and all the employees there were wonderful. But the company is purely trying to gouge money out of costumers. The fact I have to physically make time just to go in to cancel is insane when I have emailed and called numerous times. I'm disappointed in how they are choosing to run this business. Do better.

As a retired massage therapist myself, I've had more massages than I can count over the years and…read moreworked alongside many talented therapists. Rachel is genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced, and that is not something I say lightly. What sets Rachel apart starts with her credentials. She is one of the very few licensed massage therapists in this area who accepts insurance, and the level of training, coursework, and certifications required to do that speaks volumes about her commitment to her craft. She brings over 20 years of experience to the table, having worked everywhere from high-end spas to cruise ships, and that breadth of experience shows in every session. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the body, we're talking gym training, mobility work, stretching protocols, muscular compensation patterns and she can have an intelligent conversation about all of it. Her myofascial release work is excellent, and she has the strength to deliver real deep tissue work when that's what you need, while also being equally skilled at lighter therapeutic work. Most importantly, she listens. She asks where you need focus that day, she pays attention to what you tell her, and she adjusts accordingly. That combination of advanced training, genuine body knowledge, and attentiveness to the individual client is rare. If you're looking for a massage therapist who treats this as the medical and therapeutic practice it truly is, Rachel at Equilibrium is exceptional. I've been seeing Rachel twice a month for over a year now and have no intention of going anywhere else.
