What they do here at Elements is phenomenal and I couldn't tell you how many times they have helped me when I need to get serious work done on my body. I'm not one to come in for relaxation (unfortunately because of how much tension and stress my body goes through) however, every therapist and front desk staff that I have encountered and worked with at this location made sure that my experience is both healing and rejuvenating. The studio is always kept clean, warm, and inviting and the ambience always puts you at ease. One of my favorite therapists is KC and I highly recommend him and his work. read more

They are usually very busy. So if you want a good masseuse you need to schedule farther in advance. But the receptionists are very friendly. They have some incredible masseuses. And not so good ones. It just depends who you get. But the business itself is very clean and well managed. read more

My husband and I came in today for a couples massage. It was phenomenal!! For both of us. Will absolutely be back!!

The worst customer service. The manager Zack needs a refresh on customer service and how to handle situations. Front desk employees if you don't know how to do paper work ask for help. They made the new patient experience horrible and unprofessional. we have tried to reach out and no response. read more

Helpful, friendly, and professional front desk staff. Really nice environment. My massage therapist was Morgan and she gave me a great deep tissue massage, communicating well with me about problem areas and pressure. I've received massages from many different therapists at a variety of locations. I was so happy with my massage that I scheduled another soon. read more

Great place to get a massage definitely relieve any tension and stresses from your body I've seen Karen here several times for 60 and 90 min massage. Every time she does an amazing job. I try the go every two weeks but sometimes with life's busy schedule it's hard. I had a car accident years ago and that pain comes back over and over this massage is VERY helpful. They have a monthly program that you can use statewide - Saves you money. Try it out you won't be disappointed... more like suppppper relaxed. read more

This place is a serious operation! Very impressive. I wasn't sure what to expect my first time there but this place is no joke. It's big, it's spacious, they offer so many services, they have an absolutely enormous staff and all the front desk people are just amazing. You have to know that I am not even into massage. Massages don't impress me and I'm certainly not going to go for someone to hurt me in some therapeutic massage. But I had some free gift cards given to me And I have developed absolutely crippling knots underneath my shoulder blade that was literally devastating and my daily life from sleep, to getting dressed to simply sitting. I got set up with this young guy named Kody (sp). He hasn't even doing it for all that long and actually said that he has never seen knots as bad as mine ever and didn't even think they could ever get as bad as what I was dealing with. But he worked at them and didn't give up and worked them out by more than 50% to the point where I actually slept really good for the first night and months. I'm getting better thanks to him and going to get it worked on some more shortly and try their float sessions too. For the first time ever, I'm actually looking forward to going to get a massage. Definitely check this place out. It's real quality. read more

I had my first ever massage here with Michelle. I was very uncomfortable going in not sure what to expect or how undressed I'd have to be. Michelle made me very at ease and answered all my questions. She did a really great job hitting pressure points and relieving the tension and knots that have built up from my awkward work from home space. I will definitely go back to see her some more. The front desk staff was also very polite and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say about my experience! read more

I haven't had a professional massage for awhile, and I had never been to elements but had heard great things, especially about this specific location. My expectations were met and then some! COVID protocols were put into place, and were seamless and quick. The check in process is easy, and you aren't sitting waiting for very long. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Cody, it was amazing! There is nothing better than the feeling after a massage. I would recommend this location to anyone! read more

Love it. Danny is amazing. Friendly staff only had one issue with front desk. Still not happy with a payment situation at a massage visit. I will still continue to schedule with Danny. read more

I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told I wasn't even on their schedule. This was the first sign I should have run! They called me later that same day and said they had a cancellation and could get me in for a 60 min massage. My masseuse was just okay and I rescheduled with another therapist for a 90 minute massage a few weeks later because I really wanted to like this place. The 90 min massage was seriously the worst massage I have ever had! I told her I wanted firm pressure and it just felt like she was with rubbing lotion into my skin. My muscles weren't getting worked out at all. I seriously could have given a better massage myself. I wonder if the massage person I had was even professionally trained. I have received a lot of massages in my life and I certainly don't recommend wasting your money. On the plus side, the front desk staff was nice. read more

Every single time I call to ask if there's any openings they give me a time at night or tell me there's no openings at all with out asking if I want to come in a different day or asking if anyone cancels to give me a call. I've called 4x today at 2:15 and no one picked up until the 4th time. Do you guys not care for new customers or what is the deal. This is a newly opened location of this massage chain. It's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners are very friendly, maybe overly so. I enjoyed my massage and the prices were great. read more

Heather and Chrissy were fabulous! Chrissy was able to help relieve pressure in my boyfriend's back. (Not many therapists have been able to do that.) Heather made sure to give the right amount of pressure in order for me to receive the prefect massage. Very friendly and informative staff. Will definitely be recommending elements massage to everyone. read more

Elements is fantastic! I reserved a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. Everyone was very friendly and yet straight to the point. We had one sheet of paper to fill out and then we were in to our massage. Both therapists were very attentive to us and really made us feel comfortable. I figured I would be pressured to purchase a monthly membership after my massage but I wasn't, which was pleasantly surprising. We will certainly return, perhaps for the membership! read more

This is a great place to get a massage! The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. Very relaxing! My husband and I received a couple's massage, and it was very well done. I am still in shock over paying $99 for a 1 hour massage. That's 30%+ more than most others and at least they give you water afterwards!

Jennette provides the kind of massage that makes me realize I'm getting my money's worth each time. I utilize her expertise (as well as several other deep tissue massage therapists) and service to maintain overall muscular health, as I'm training everyday and take a beating as a result. She skillfully works out adhesions and prevents contractures, which have the potential to be injurious if I let them progress too long. By consistently having her help, as well as incorporating strength training, I have actually gained range of motion through my hips and shoulders. This has allowed me to stave off injury, which would prevent me from training and racing at the level I do now. read more

I really like the friendly front staff. It is easy to make an appointment online and have many openings. I have a couple of therapists that I like and then I can get in when I want. read more

I am a frequent flyer at Elements. I started with insurance massage but found it so therapeutic I also bought a membership so I go about twice per month. I have experienced nearly every therapist there and they are all professional and know how to find and work out all the trouble spots. I also like that they accomodate me bringing my own music or scented oil when I am not in mood for standard piped in mellow. I even got a membership for my senior mom who has become a fan of the benefits of massage. The front desk staff are also very personable. I highly recommend this business to anyone! read more
