Called make an appointment for two people was given a 12:15 appointment when we got there we was told to sit down in the pedicure chair we noticed plastic in tubs but the place was uncleaned the drain in back of chair very dirty smelling need to be cleaned, they assured us safe and plastic blue bags would protect us so we continued to wait after waiting 20 minutes no service we discovered that only two people where working, i suggest that we leave but we continue to wait the. A person came in crop top bumps all over face back out mind you it's January 2 2023 So the person began to do my feet male hand her foil because I have gel polish she says something to him in another language outside English w then pulls out sander and decides she doesn't want to use the foil at all. They are going back and forth so we left. Not professional at all we will not be going back looking for a replacement since we just moved into area. read more

Don't even waste your time going to this place.. as soon as you walk in it just give dirty vibes.. anyways I decided to just get a toe gel color change and manicure. Sat down in the chair immediately (as there weren't anyone in the shop).. the owner begin to change my polish.. cool everything was fine until he was finished. My toes looked like a little kid done them. Gel all over the place, just a complete mess.. so of course I asked him to touch it up, he tried but it was still a mess. He insisted that it was because I should have gotten a pedicure... well we all know you don't need a pedicure to get a color change & for it to look decent. Anyways, I told him no, it just looks a mess... by that time a lady walks in and want a full set and pedicure. The wonder proceeds to say "you don't have to pay, just go some where else" gets up and walk away to go serve the other lady. So rude, nonchalant.. totally lacked customer service but honestly, not surprised given the conditions of the shop. So anyways I left and I'll never go back. read more

I'm not normally one to leave reviews, especially if I wasn't 100% happy but I was beyond upset with my nails. I asked for a dip manicure and got gel clear coat dipped in the powder. Which I've been getting dip for 2 years now and have never seen someone do that. When I left they were super thick, lumpy and had polish on my skin and cuticles. I went back in and asked him to fix them and they did look better but I still could have done better myself. When I went back in for him to fix them he told me it was partially my fault there was polish on my skin because my nails are short. Also watched the ravens game on his phone with the volume all the way up while "fixing" my nails. Worst customer service and worst manicure I've ever had. Do not go here. It's dirty, not well kept, I was the only one in the place (now I know why), and I now have an infection around my toe from getting a pedicure. My two big toes are inflamed and red around the nail, it hurts when I walk, and the woman dug into my nail so bad she made me bleed. My nails did not need to be dug out what so ever. She also cut multiple cuticles on my fingers as well. She was also eating chic fil a while giving me a manicure and had ranch sauce all over her fingers!! Gel Manicure is terrible. No attention to detail. The gel color is on my cuticle and they did not paint the outer edges of my nails. Three coats of color and they look terrible. Skip! I live in annapolis but was in between appoitnments for work in the area and really needed a manicure...decided to stop in to kill some time. I thought half and hour was plenty of time to get a regular manicure. I was completely turned off when the very moment i walked in, what I assume was the owner asked me to wash my hands before I got the manicure? Isn't that the point of a manicure ?!?! Anyway, in between her talking on the phone during painting my nails and doing a very sloppy job it took bascially 40 mintues to do a mediocre manicure. And it was $14 to say the least! If I could give zero stars I would! My wife had an appointment for 12 o'clock, but they decided to overbook and she didn't get helped until over an hour later!! He sped through her pedicure and then tried to overcharge her. When she left her appointment her feet were still dry and flaking so I called and he addressed me as "the gay person", when I said that's very offensive and you should not do that he told me do not call back and proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. I called back on my mother in laws phone because he was declining my calls and he just kept telling me do not call back and also told me to FUCK MYSELF!!! I entered the salon to find several staff members eating their lunch on furniture meant for customers. When asked, my tech said there was no staff break-room. While the salon itself had nice decor I found the smell of food, staff eating in front of me and the bottles of Clorox cleaner on tables between pedi chairs lacking. Next I had to view the crotches of both my tech (besides her chest falling out of her dress and almost on my feet!) and the salon manager during my entire pedicure. Daisy duke shorts don't belong on the salon tech. Finally I had to listen to the manager regal stories of being drunk and puking afterwards. My pedi time was a fraction of the time given by competitors. Relaxing? No. However the tech was competent overall. New, neat, clean and one of the least expensive mani/pedi combo prices in the area. They have a nice selection of nail polish as well. I wouldn't say it was the best manicure or pedicure I have gotten, but I have no major complaints except, I felt that the technicians could stand to be a little more friendly. read more

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL -- $35 pedicure when the chairs are falling apart, they filed my toe nails round, didn't even use a pumas bar AND THEIR PEDICURE CHAIR LEAKED ALL OVER PURSE... when they empties the pedicure chair you can smell the old nasty water and hear it going down the drain behind you, they don't scrub good AND THEY DONT MASSAGE WITH LOTION OR USE HOT TOWEL. I'm not one to leave reviews but please don't make the same mistake I did! I'm used to paying $27-35 for a good pedicure but $27 for a 10 min pedicure that took less time than another tech doing a manicure is ridiculous! Been here a hand full of times for Kathy who is no longer there they were not welcoming, soaked for 1 hour while the staff worked on other people. My moms 10 min pedicure didn't get a top coat on her clumpy polish. My best friend and I apologized for leaving and the owner basically shewd us away when we tried to explain we didn't have the time to stay and sit. Not to mention, it could use a nice deep cleaning. I will say the girl that did my moms pedicure was very nice and talkitive, however,her work was less than impressive. Save your time and money.. Go somewhere else read more

Horrible! Went while on vacation for a gel manicure, usually they last two weeks or more. The owner did my manicure I was told I have "perfect cuticles" therefore she didn't trim any away, quickly filed my nails and then quickly painted them. Walked away to go sew another employees shirt and left one to put lotion on my terribly manicured hands, the lotion was not even rubbed in. Paid 35 dollars for a manicure that peeled off 3 days later. And my "perfect cuticles" had hang nails! Absolutely would never go back except maybe to get my money back. read more

I've been going here for years and have never had a bad pedicure. Last time I was in it was very busy but I was taken care of in good time. I find the staff to be friendly and respectful if you don't want to talk. I do think it unprofessional for technicians to take personal phone calls when working with clients, which happens occasionally. read more

Was in the area on vacation with my daughter and my mom and we decided to go in for mani/pedi. We never made the mani part because it was the absolute worst 10 minute pedicure that we've ever had. They cut my moms foot and never cleaned or said anything. The place is so dirty and over priced. I just sat down and I've never had someone be so rude to me at a salon. Worst service ever. Girl with the long brown hair should be fired. She told me to pick my color and walked away. That's it. Another girl doing nails told me I could go back to the pedi chair. Water was VERY hot. The pedi was painful. No massage. Quick paint of the nails. I was in and out in FIFTEEN MINUTES for $27. Bullsh*t. I almost stormed out without paying, but I did. And I tipped her hoping the tip would cover her seeming crack addiction that maybe would keep her out of the salon someday. Should have listened to the reviews. My pedicure was 10 minutes long. Very rushed and I was the only one getting a pedicure. It wasn't busy. The paint job was sloppy. Gel manicure was a joke. Looks like a little kid painted it. Spur of the moment walk in and sorry I did. No welcome when I walked in, and it seemed like the staff just gotten bad news as they were all quiet and withdrawn. No eye contact or talk from the pedicurist who only said "other foot" every now and again. I asked for a mani-pedi but it was obvious the pedi was going to be bad. After she spent about 20 seconds on the scrub, I told her to just do the polish. She said she didn't realize I just wanted an express pedi, and I said no one asked me what I wanted so just do the cheapest pedicure. I also skipped the manicure. One staff member did talk - she answered her phone, yelled at her kid, and hung up on him, then complained about him to her customer for a few minutes. On another note, the place was dirty. The sitting area was full of the remnants of lunch - fast food cups, containers, and bags. The floor needed sweeping badly. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE. The manager/owner is the reason for this. Judy is her name and she is very lazy, unprofessional, and rude. I was getting a pedicure when she had screamed at one of the customers that she was not going to do her nails. She then proceeded to scream at her husband. i have also been there when she is just laying down and not assisting her girls to help do nails. Was not at all impressed this time around. When I first went a few months ago I thought it was a great place, they had the hot stone pedicure which was nice. I went a second time and felt rushed and the owner even admitted she rushed on my nail design and it looked horrible and when ask to do a certain design even with a picture they just drew squiggles. I thought u would give it another chance a third time and after that I will not be returning. I never got the hot stone pedicure even when the advertisement was sitting right there, my hands and nails are dry because there was no lotion or oils out on them it was like they were giving a mani/pedi to a little kid. Then after it was done they decide to tell me their credit card machine is down, this is something that should have been told up front because the lady then tells me I need to go to the ATM, so now I am expected on this busy holiday week to go find an ATM m, pay a fee and then go back.
