I can easily recommend a basic pedicure and believe other services will be done as well. I received a well done professional pedicure by Paul. I was able to have short notice appointment. My pedicure was a basic, gentle and complete. I was not rushed to pick color and was given extra time to sit in the chair for my polish to dry. I did not feel pressure to get more than a basic pedicure. The shop and bathroom were clean and brightly painted. A rolling video of beaches rather than noisy television was an extra nice touch. Reason for 1 star reduction. Paul was professional and completed my pedicures as well as allowed me to remain in the chair for my polish to dry. However, he was not available to help me put on my shoes or take my payment. Additionally, the "massage" was incomplete and the hot towel was simply used to wipe off the lotion. Please note this may indeed be an accurate level of service for a basic pedicure-just different than my precious experiences. The lack of upselling was nice, however I was not totally certain what was included. Having the services card would have been helpful and may have resulted in a five star review. Enjoy your next pedicure there.

They overbook and then take drop in's who walk in knowing they have too many clients. Not a relaxing time with so much going on. She didn't assess the areas that need extra TLC due to hardened skin. The foot massage was about 30 seconds too. And my nails... She didn't use cream even once. I believe the mani service is supposed to come with lotion and "massage." I didn't get either. I got a clear coat on my nails, and some areas are missing application. My fingernails look awful, not only from the splotchy paint but since dried skin still peppers the area. I tipped Julie 20% because she was nice, and I genuinely think she doesn't realize how bad this service is. I am struggling to accept that I just paid $78 for this experience. I am so upset. And you know what, I went through got my hair appointment, tipped her full price and was respectful. But my honest opinion, I was disappointed, and felt that the owner (male husband) was a complete dick and if I could I would give zero stars. Maybe next time someone will think before they treat someone a certain way, especially if they do not know them. I do have to say, there are amazing people who are friendly and kind that work there. I moved to the Island in July and don't know where or who to go for things. Based on my conditions, expectations weren't high. Typically I leave a massage table no matter how good and I don't feel improvement. I'm fortunate to enjoy the relaxation. Amy is a miracle worker. She massaged my back and neck, added heat and went back in with massage to finish the area. She helped me visualize lengthening my body. I didn't have to hold my breath getting off the table and it was the first time I can remember turning my neck fully to see traffic. I cannot wait to go back.
