I was just getting a gel overlay natural nails but ended up with acrylic (which the nail tech called gel powder) with gel polish. She did an okay job on the acrylic and the polish. One thing I did notice is when my polish was done drying someone came and sat next to me and she asked them what nail shaped they wanted and then didn't do the requested shape she had them change to square. My 1st the old man dud my pedi and was super rough! Jenny did my nails and was good. I booked 3 spots for today at 9am. We arrived on time checked in my daughter in law and granddaughter were promptly serviced. I on the other hand had book with Jenny who had done one in her chair. That's cool since o had booked at a pedi and thought I would be doing that 1st. 20 minuets after waiting I died Jenny if someone was going to do my pedi. Her response was not yet. Another 10 minuets goes by and still not getting any service. So I called another shop and made an appt. Once I did that Jenny said she had someone to do pedi. I declined! You have no respect for your clients time. Jenny responds with 3 of you came in at the same time. Exactly I stayed o made 3 spots with you for 9am . Jenny is not professional overbooks has memory issues. My granddaughters service was great. My daughter in law service was crap. They missed the sides and tops of her Neil's and couldn't do a simple spider web design. I tried 2 times and never again. I went and got my nails filled here and they were so rough on my fingers. They didn't seem very welcoming at all. i wanted my boyfriends initial on my ring fingers and she put them backwards because she said it would've looked "weird" if she put them the same way. and then my nails are not drilled down evenly at all. my thumb looks like it has been bruised and inflamed. never coming here again. as soon as i left i came to my old nail salon and they said they would fix it for me thank god for them read more

Absolutely awful JENNY the owner ruined my natural nails. I asked for a fill and fall design showed her a photo she kept giving me every excuse under the sun not to do the design said I would need a need full set for her to be able to do the designs I gave in and told her to give me a new set and instead of soaking off the acrylic she ripped them off left me bleed and didn't sanitize anything this nail tech and salon need to be report and the salon needs to be shut down or investigated for neglect. I left in tears bc it hurt so bad she was rude aggressive and unprofessional. I will never go back and highly don't recommend anyone going there. Find a different salon read more

Of course, I say something and the excuse is that they're limited staffed who is able to do a fill in... THIS IS A NAIL SALON, so everyone else can do everything else but a fill???? This salon needs to be evaluated for health and safety - I have never walked out on a service and today, I questioned whether tech was certified. It seems the owners are on vacation and have decided to keep salon open with skeleton/temporary staff. Do NOT go here. Rude, disinterested and dismissive attendants. I dont think a single employee made eye contact with me even when speaking to me. I was waved over to pick a color for my pedi and within 30 seconds I was told to hurry up and only pick one color. The young man who did the pedi was told by another employee to work on another customer, he left, this woman sat down and just started working on me without a look, explanation, nada, zip. I, meanwhile, had said good morning when I walked in, smiled, and had no idea my first, and only, experience at allure would suck so much. I felt worse than when I went in and kind of wished the pandemic was still on so i wouldn't have gone and wasted my money. The pedicure itself was not all that great either and the nails of one foot were longer than the other. Polish lasted four days before chipping off the top. not a good experience. read more

I just had the worst pedicure experience. I paid for the upgraded pedicure and the older man who did my pedicure was jerking my legs around, only massaged my legs for 45 seconds, and was hufing and puffing the whole time like I was an inconvenience to him. Good job on the nails and reasonable prices. The pedicure chairs are nice and new, and work very well! I came in on a Sunday, which is nice because not many nail places are open on Sundays. They were fairly well staffed with 4 people working. The staff were all nice and did a nice job with the pedicure. The nail painting was smooth but not perfect (did not go all the way down to my cuticle on one big toe, leaving a gap). Also they did not put a cotton ball in between my pink toe, so it smeared! That's okay... Only thing I will say is keeping it from 5 stars, is there isn't anything particularly above-and-beyond for a 5 star rating. The ladies here have done a mani and pedi for myself and my sister, and both were very good. My toes were especially happy about the exfoliation. But the real story here is how kind these ladies have been to my husband. He came in with me and shyly asked them if they had any suggestions for a nail that had been smashed while oystering almost a year ago. They quickly jumped into action with the acrylic and instructions on how to help the nail grow back properly. He now goes back at least once a month to keep up with their repair plan. It is well decorated, kind people, quick service (walk in and waited less than 10 minutes), clean, gentle music and great service. So happy to find a new salon! I came here and got dip nails with tips, the lady who did my nails was so rude. I asked for my tips to be shorter and she cut them but not to my liking. I asked her to shorten it and she said no, and that when its finished it will look shorter. Then she presided to put ONE layer of dip power on. Dip always manicures require up to multiple layer of powder. And to top that off there colors were very mislabeled. One of the poorer experiences I've had at an Easton nail salon. It was clean but the basic mani/pedi with regular polish for $43 was not up to par - a little rough handling, nails not well filed or consistent length/shape. Got an attitude when I asked them to do better on a couple nails. Only one bottle of each color polish and not nearly as many brands/types as other salons in town. No music and it wasn't relaxing except for the massaging pedi chair. Felt impersonal even with only a couple customers there. Polish chipped off within four days. Given that I've had better experiences elsewhere, I won't return. read more
