Refreshing experience, to walk out with a great new bed after 45 pleasant minutes; and have the reassurance we had 100 days to try out the mattress; no questions asked. Party room meaning the room where we set up our food buffet and other dishes for family and friends parties. We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. So I gave Ken a call and we worked together after several calls to each other (and texts) and were able to give him the exact dimensions we wanted for our new cabinets, including the wood finish. We just wanted a simple looking design that would meet our needs. Our custom made cabinets came a week later and I am super happy! So glad I'm able to work with Ken in getting us the furniture we eventually love for our own. Perfect! ....... Ken Nguyen is super helpful to help find the furniture you're looking for. Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well. Excellent service and I love my new furniture!

Bought a mattress here 4 years ago and it was only comfortable for about 2 years, until we moved…read moreand then it was no longer comfortable. I tried all types of toppers but nothing seemed to help. I contacted the store and was told it should of been moved in a box and that the warranty is not valid as a result. I was told If I wanted to replace the inside springs it would be $1200 and for each foam section it would be $800 plus shipping. Owner said that it probably got damaged during move. However the mattress was moved in the same manner it was delivered to me (wrapped in plastic), which may of not been done correctly by the delivery company they used. After paying soo much for this mattress I was hoping there would be some sort of warranty or at least support that could be offered that was not as much as buying a whole new mattress, but unfortunately that was not the case. Sadly, I will need to buy a new mattress since I can no longer sleep on this one. If you don't plan to move it's a great mattress, but word of warning... don't move it unless you put it in a very sturdy box, since it is very floppy....

I could never find the support I wanted because what I finally realize now is that I want support and resilience. Memory foam collapses and becomes hard with impressions very quickly. I always felt like I was sleeping on a rock in a hole. Over five years ago we purchased a mattress from this store which is a component. It has a spring coil base, then a layer of latex and another layer of latex on top. We could pick the firmness of each of these components. It's perfect! We already had an adjustable base so our new mattress went on top of that. Let me tell you, I've never had a better mattress! It gives me the support I want but with some resilience (or bounce) so I'm not sleeping in a hard hole most mattresses end up developing after just a few short weeks. It's so cozy! Also you can turn the latex pieces yourself if you feel the need. I purchased mine in Walnut Creek when the store was there but I wanted to leave this review here too.

Apparently I had several choices about height and material of the legs, but the sales person had failed to mention this to me. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she got rude and defensive trying to say it was my fault that she hadn't mentioned my choices. It was going to cost me X amount of $ to fix what was her problem. I contacted the Duxiana US headquarters. They immediately made sure I got the legs I wanted at their expense.

We bought our first King Dux bed from Barbara about ten or twelve years ago and we were so happy…read morewith it that we bought a second one, a CA King, when we moved to the East Bay. When I purchased a large bed frame, we were able to fit the Duxiana King into it with a bit of help from our contractor. But I noticed that the Dux bed didn't feel quite the same. I went to the store several times and we worked out a pattern for the components and I bought a new topper because I had not rotated mine (oops) like I was suppose to. I was still feeling like something felt odd with the King Bed, so today, Barbara came over to my house and we stripped both of the beds and I realized that at some point, my pascals (components) had been reversed. Because of the brilliant way these beds are designed she was able to check the springs and other parts of both beds and made certain that everything was working properly. This is great Customer Service! They have always been really nice at the San Rafael store, but this was above and beyond. Thank you Barbara. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
