Nice store but very pushy salesperson ruined the whole experience.
I was in the area to treat my family for mother's day and decided to stop by this store with the fam while waiting for reservations. This store is in the Burlington mall.
From the start when we walked in, there was this salesperson who was so pushy. I told him that I wasn't going to buy that day but I just want to get a feel of the mattress options. I told him I didn't need his help, as I can go around and help myself. But he continued to follow me around and also shouted at me for sitting on the bed. He then keeps on trying to push his sales tactics on me but it was so pushy that I made up my mind right away that even if I were to make a purchase, it wouldn't be with him or the store. He says things like "you have to buy something if you try the bed". Just annoying. When we tried to leave to get to our reservation, he keeps on pushing for a sale and he even demanded that if I leave that I write down my contact info so he can contact me to come back after my reservation. It was such an uncomfortable interaction. Even my family that was with me were uncomfortable as well. Even another salesperson understood that this salesperson was crossing the line. We could see it on his face. We just ignored the demands and just left.
If you need a bed, come here to try it out. The ProBreeze and Luxebreeze beds are amazing and they have all the available firmness to try out. You really need a salesperson to help you if you want to try out the beds since they won't let you sit on the beds unless the salesperson personally set up the paper on top of the bed for you to lay on, which is stupid because you won't really get a good feel for the mattress' cooling effects through the paper. Jordan's furniture lets you lay on the same mattresses but without the requirement that they have to set up the papers. If any salesperson really genuinely want to help, then close the sale with them and let them have the commission if you feel they deserve it. But if you feel that they make you uncomfortable, still have them set up the bed and try the bed but buy everything online instead. That is what I did. You get the same deals and shipping terms online and you get better control of what to choose for the $300 gift they give for when you buy a bed. Hope that helps. read more
