Hours on Website day open daily 8 am to 5 pm but I'm calling and no answer after 8

Ok so since Tenant Health bought TI. They have gutted office staff. There is no one answering phones. This has gone on for months. If you need an appointment you just go in and make it. They also only do X-rays now by appointment so if you break a bone or might have pneumonia you cannot get an X-ray until at least a week later. Go to the hospital instead. My doctor is as frustrated as I am and he has heard that Radiology Assoc is even worse. Hire the office staff and run this business properly. This is not acceptable Imaging staff at TI and the few office staff remaining are great. They just need to staff the office fully and start answering the phone. I called for weeks and finally just drove over to make my ultrasound appointment

The amount of time on hold prior to making this post in case people find this unbelievable...
    Skoolie E.

Have been on hold for 43 mimutes no answer. Physician also reied calling with me in the office x 3 no answer. Waste of time schedule anywhere else.

On hold trying to make an appointment. Just be patient, because you'll never be a patient at this place

The outgoing phone message warns you that you are going to be on hold a long, long time. I'm at 37 minutes and still waiting.

I went here five years ago and thought I would never come back…read more I came here today because it was right underneath my doctor's office To keep it short, there is a Front Desk lady there with brown hair, who is very very rude and comes across as combative I have blood drawn at different places you usually walk in they ask you they're kind of there with you. They're pleasant. You get a chance to let them know if you need it sent to any other doctors and or if you need a rhythm copy yourself. The way they hear is always sitting there with almost no one in there both class and rude and calls you sweetie, and this in that, but when it comes to actually doing her job, she's constantly making excuses constantly putting you down and telling her what you shouldn't shouldn't do anything even when you ask her nicely she doesn't do what a normal person at that job would do I basically left the blood draw because the lady who drew my blood also said you have to ask her and I go out there and nicely. Ask her you know what I really need the scent to two other doctors can I give you their names and in a very combative matter, she made me she chastise me for not saying that when I first came in and told me it's too late I can't do it. I won't go into details, but this is rude. This is passing on the book to your client if she's not being paid for this I don't know what she's being paid for and luckily I had to press on it and told her I'm not going home and doing all this other work. I have 1 million other doctors appointment. This is your job and I would appreciate it if you made a little easier on me on top of that I'm Neurodiverse and I'm sick and anyways with three more chastisement she finally did this for me. She couldn't even find their fax numbers. I mean, I've worked in medical offices. You don't keep the person waiting. You say OK we'll do that and then you do that and they leave and they can count and you're doing that but this I don't know if this isn't happening anymore and especially not in this office but she continues all of this rush at being an angrily in front of other clients. All I'm saying is I left the office crying and so exhausted. So if if you were sick if you're retired, if you have, if you're elderly, if you have someone who's not doing too well please don't go here for your services. It's not worth the chastisement than the abuse. And it probably won't happen and nothing against this lady, but she really needs to not be working in this field or maybe not working at all. I mean I'm a person who gives people a lot of slack but this is actually just not ethical like she should be fired and go through the system again it's it's terrible. It's terrible. I'm only giving one star because I guess I have to give it for this review to go through

This office is not for women with genealogical conditions. It might be fine for regular ob/gyn (or…read morethe endless cosmetic procedures they advertise in every inch of the office), but keep looking if you need significant care. Dr. Stanislaus did not believe Endometriosis was causing my symptoms but agreed to do a diagnostic surgery to rule it out. She was 90 minutes late to my pre-surgery appointment and rushed through the discussion in order to get to another patient's surgery. The day of my actual surgery, the authorization they wanted me to sign included multiple procedures we had not discussed, including ablating my entire uterus for a condition I don't even have. She said the was a mistake on the paperwork, but still pushed for me to have ablation on any Endo she found. I reiterated that I only wanted a diagnostic procedure and she was extremely patronizing, saying "I don't understand why you don't want to feel better." Unfortunately, I relented and consented to having the Endo ablated. She found significant endometriosis and removed it with ablation. When I went for my post- surgery appointment, she did not have any photos to show me because her staff had not requested them. When I went for my next regular appointment, the Nurse Practictioner asked me why I wasn't getting my Endometriosis taken care of - I told her Dr. Stanislaus had performed the surgery and she said, "Oh it's not on your chart." Now 3 years later I need another surgery in the same area of my body - either new growths or scar tissue, which is common with ablation. I will be having excision done by a more specialized surgeon, but neither Dr. Stanislaus or the surgery center is able to find the photographs for my original procedure. If you have serious gynecological needs, I do not recommend this practice. The doctor is almost always severely late and doesn't seem to be focused on patient care. It is a huge business, well advertised, but they seem more focused on selling cosmetic procedures than taking care of medical issues.

I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. I feel relieved to have emergency care like Twin Cities in our community. I've read some pretty abysmal reviews and being a nurse, I know there are always two sides to the story. Thank you Twin Cities.

You would think the people facing the patient would exhibit some compassion and care. This is the same complaint I have about Templeton Imaging. Clinical staff is great but the people who start the process are horrible. I realize that it is a tough job admitting patients but if you can't exhibit a level of concern and compassion, GET ANOTHER JOB! My wife went there on a Monday because she was short of breath and had a very low Hemoglobin number and was advised by her PCP to get to the ER for a transfusion. Long wait in the ER waiting room, finally got a bed in a room. Nurses there seemed proficient and friendly, one specifically was very attentive, wish I caught his name. Finally admitted to a room and the journey began. She ended up with three units of blood and an upper GI procedure. In the end she was discharged on Thursday with VERY unclear discharge orders. Not sure what discharge planning there was since I was there in the afternoon and nothing was listed on the board about a plan. Overall if there was another choice I would take it. I know there were a lot of complaint about Tenet but at least they seemed better. I find this disappointing because I worked for Adventist East and consider it to be a fine organization. Again the nurses and most of the staff are very good but the challenge is the front facing people don't seem to care.

I am currently recovering from my second surgery completed in early February. I find Dr. Orlando to be knowledgable, courteous and empathetic. I am so thankful for this surgeon who finally found the cause and relief from the extreme pain I had been experiencing for more than four years. You might want to read my review on Dr. Sima. When I met with Dr. Orlando he simply confirmed, chronic bursitis, tear, bone spurs, arthritis. Appointment was set for surgery. I am 63 years old. As a toddler I had had a bad spinal tap which temporary paralyzed from the waist down. I have always had what I call a weak back in that area. But I have never gone to a doctor for it. He said he was concerned that a lot of my pain was coming from that area and he ordered an MRI. The MRI showed there is stenosis which is a narrowing there is mild to moderate degenerative disc. And so it is something that I probably should see a specialist, an orthopedic specialist or a Nuro specialist and have a valuated. But it has nothing to do with what is going on with the hip. All of that was verified by Sima. At the preop appt Orlando said he was just going to fix the tear and leave the rest alone. 20 years ago I had surgery on my spine in the neck area where they had to go back later and do repairs for bone spurs. So at this appointment I said please, while you're in there please look at everything and do as much as you can so that I won't have to come back for more surgery later. I said it very pleasantly very calmly but I saw a shift in him. He kind of froze and blinked a couple of times and he seem to backtrack a little bit. And started saying that he didn't even know if I had a tear. Excuse me I've read the MRI I've heard the report from Dr. Sima. And you Dr. Orlando have stated there is a tear. But he just continue to act very nervous and talking faster and faster and so when I said well what does the MRI say? He froze again, said I don't know that they've even sent it over here. I said well I know they have because I verified that they sent it to you. So he asked his nurse to pull up my report. He turned to the monitor for literally two seconds spun back around and said yes it was as he suspected, all of my pain and troubles was coming from my spine. I was stunned. He basically flew out of the office. And that was that. Everything was still on but he absolve himself of any results from the surgery. That night I woke up in so much pain that I had to call 911. I literally could not even shift my body. It felt like my right hip had been stung by a horde of hornets While I was in the middle of a massive muscle spasm. Hot searing pain and convulsing muscles. They shot me full of Cortizone and lidocaine and pain meds. And sent me home. because I was already under a doctors care and was scheduled for surgery. When I called his office thinking that they were going to speed the surgery up maybe he completely backed out. I believe he had been in a situation where there were other complications and those complications were blamed on his surgery. Because there was so much fear in his voice. So much emotional fear in his voice. Speaking rapidly and so on. He even said you cannot force me into the surgery! I calmly assured him even though I was in a bit of shock that I had no intention of trying to force anyone into anything. I said the last thing I need is a doctor operating on me who does not wish to operate. I just want to know what you suggest I do from this point on. Did he use the words you need to find an orthopedic surgeon and here is a recommendation? Or a neurosurgeon, here as a recommendation? No. He might as well have been a bricklayer. He just kept saying you need to find a back doctor. I can't read the MRIs of your back I don't understand them that's not my specialty. I am a hip specialist. find a back doctor. Well that's about it. I wish you luck in your search for a good doctor. That is my experience with him. Yes I do have an appointment with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Carr. Head doctor Sima's office suggested an orthopedic surgeon back on August 29 or Orlando's on September 7. I would not be sitting here homebound since September 28 when I wound up in the ER. And to give you an idea of time wasted. My first appointment with Dr. Sima was supposed to be last November. Somewhere along the line they called me and said they were going to have to reschedule for January 11. From the beginning I thought I was seeing Dr. Sima. But I would see his nurse. She would send me to physical therapy. The next month she would do a Cortizone shot. The next month they would order the MRI with dye contrast. Then they lost that nurse. And they moved my appointment back another month. They did the wrong hip. The next month it would be the correct hip. And so on and so on until here I sit walking around my house as very little as possible using to canes when I do walk or my little tricycle.
