First, the staff behind the front desk, and all the technicians are absolutely WONDERFUL!…read more But.... a short time ago it went to walk-in X-rays, rather than being able to schedule an appointment. This makes getting an X-ray stressful, never sure if it can be done or not. I've talked to many who have quit going for this very reason, many having to go back 2-3 times until they can get their Doctor-ordered imaging. I can see the desk staff has to deal with irate patients, no fault of their own, and they do it with dignity and grace. This should not be part of their job description. As a patient, the peace of mind of a schedule time for imaging is priceless. I'm not sure who's brilliant idea this was to make this change, but it is affecting both patients and staff (from my observation) and I'm sure ultimately affecting the business, because not being able to schedule X-rays leaves a bad experience. Also, there needs to be a full-time person to answer the phone so the desk staff can do what they do so well, and patients can actually get through to the office.

My DR is 3 hours away and the first time they said they sent it and I drove the three hours only to find out they had only sent the report not the disc. This time I called my doctor and ask if they had the disc and they told me they only had the report. My Dr office called then and requested the disc and lucky for me this time was a video call and he tells me they still have not received the disc and that I will have to make the 3 hour drive with my copy of it to review it and set an appointment for surgery if it needs that. They seem to be very unprofessional and no concern for their patient's care or time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be using Radiology Diag Center from now on. John Shaw

Do not use Dr. Camille Chandler at 1250 Peach Street, Suite A, San Luis Obispo, California aka…read moreMedical Clinic at Peach. Dr. Chandler and her staff cannot do basic medical requests/procedures like referrals, medical reconcillation (going over your current medications), lab work (misses what lab is to test for which causes patients to have to have blood drawn AGAIN) etc., etc. I have never seen anything like it but if you do a little research on Dr. Chandler, she has a history of bad patient care. One reviewer said that "Dr. Chandler was great at first but care diminished over time." I feel the same way. She is great during your first appointment only to become terrible afterwards. I tried to complain to the office manager "Dawn B," but the gatekeepers, who answer the phones, refused to transfer me to Dawn's voicemail and I can guarantee she didn't give "Dawn" a message from me. I know this because my spouse tried to get a "primary care referral" from Chandler's office to go to a dermatologist for two straight weeks (for a condition that was getting worse and worse re: his autoimmune disease) he ended up going to Urgent Care (2x) in Santa Maria. Dignity Health's insurance REQUIRES a patient to use a primary care office to get any specialist care. I am horrified and sickened at how poorly ran this office is. How poorly Chandler listens to her patients. How poorly their medical assistants are. No patient should EVER be treated so poorly by a physician or their staff. I cannot recommend Medical Clinic at Peach to anyone until behavior changes. Sadly, I don't think it will given Chandler's history at her previous clinic and her current one.

The receptionist didn't even keep me informed on the wait time until I walked up 3 different times asking how much longer. After waiting 30 minutes after I was told " it will be 5 more minutes, I rescheduled..... 4 months out!! What a joke! Don't recommend!

Once again I had a wonderful experience today. Sounds weird to write a review for a laboratory but…read moregetting a blood draw is something most of us don't look forward to however the amazing team at this location makes it so much easier! I am a hard draw and today was a bit tricky but Lisa got the job done as usual! I was there at 7am and there were already three people ahead of me but Strong was on top of it and had everyone checked in and moving in no time. I heard a gentleman in the lobby tell the man next to him, "this place is a well oiled machine" Lisa and the other technician...I didn't get her name, were quick and efficient but took extra time with a young lady that got a bit light headed...all three staff members were on it and made sure she was stable before she left with her mom. If you need to get any type of lab work, I would highly recommend coming here! A great team for sure!

I went in this morning for a blood draw in preparation for my annual physical. When I arrived, the…read morewaiting room was almost empty, and after a brief sign-in process, I was called back almost immediately. Staff was friendly, and Lisa, my assigned "vampire" was extremely good. She laughed at my jokes, and made a procedure that no one likes quite pleasant. The needle stick didn't hurt at all, and the whole process, start to finish, went really quick. I know some people have complained about being asked to wear masks (as of July 2023, they are no longer required) or long wait times. If you don't want to wait, shoot for mid morning, and if the waiting room is jammed, come back another time. I super hate having bloodwork done, but this was actually a good experience.
