I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. I feel relieved to have emergency care like Twin Cities in our community. I've read some pretty abysmal reviews and being a nurse, I know there are always two sides to the story. She wouldn't look at my emails. She said "oh, she shouldn't have done that"/scheduled you? My son didn't feel heard at the appt with the Dr. He had a concussion and was sent for that, not a normal eye exam. I was but off by him too in our conversations. Disregarded. Now he is getting glasses, don't think that is the correct route? My appt was suppossed to be immediately after his (for his 9am we arrived at 850 and he was seen at 920/ a student missing school). The first thing I asked was if the dr was on time. Then for my appt, it was supposed to be back to back, mine was at 10, we were there still, and at 10, she stated there were THREE people ahead of me, so an hour wait. Didn't mention they stated they "squeezed Max in today," so therefore the wait, because of their schedule mishap. Felt disrespected and won't go back. We just left, I had to get my kid back in school. Going elsewhere.

Had PRK corrective surgery here. Initial impressions were good, however the experience would turn…read moreinto a major red flag minutes before the surgery. Dr Sani warned me just minutes before surgery that corrective surgery may take multiple sessions. (We had already had multiple appointments and this was the first I was hearing of multiple sessions under the laser). Surgery was quick and painless, however Dr sani would go on to accidentally cut my eye when removing the bandage contact lenses with his tweezers 7 days after prk laser surgery. He was adamant that he didn't cut my eye, and that I just had dry eyes, which was a common side effect. After weeks of dealing with eye pain and being out of work, and his diagnosis of "dry eyes" I saw another eye doctor. The 2nd eye doctor quickly diagnosed me with a cut to the eye, From a sharp object. (His tweasers). What should've been an easy fix, Dr sani failed to admit his mistake and turned my 2 weeks off the job into over a month. Overall poor communication and and ego turned this experience sour. I wouldn't go back to this location or recommend them to anyone.

This place is first come first serve, they do not take insurance but typically only charge $60. Per visit. Recently I was suffering with a uti and my regular Dr. Expected me to wait over a month to be seen . So I walked into North County Care, waited my turn to be seen and then was given a test and diagnoses along with a prescription . So to me that was well worth $60.00 . He is a bit of a character, don't let that turn you off he is a very good Dr. that does what he can to help people heal. No ego trip and a no frills office.
