I also recently got a mild case of vertigo, the doctor checked my ears and one was completely plugged. They did a lavage and got it clear. Vertigo gone!! I had a lavage on the same year a couple of months ago and they couldn't (wouldn't) work until they got it cleared. I will definitely return here the next time I need an Urgent Care.

During my visit, I informed the physician of my significant medical history, including cardiac issues and a recent thyroid cancer diagnosis. Based on my symptoms, he ordered a chest X-ray. After reviewing the X-ray, I was told that many people were experiencing coughs lasting several weeks and was advised to go home, drink hot tea, and use over-the-counter medications. Given my symptoms and medical history, I left feeling that my concerns had not been thoroughly evaluated or taken seriously. Ultimately, I sought care elsewhere in the Bay Area and received treatment that addressed the underlying issue. While I understand that not every illness requires aggressive intervention, I expected a more thoughtful assessment and greater attention to the full clinical picture. The facility itself is impressive, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this urgent care.
