I went here five years ago and thought I would never come back…read more I came here today because it was right underneath my doctor's office To keep it short, there is a Front Desk lady there with brown hair, who is very very rude and comes across as combative I have blood drawn at different places you usually walk in they ask you they're kind of there with you. They're pleasant. You get a chance to let them know if you need it sent to any other doctors and or if you need a rhythm copy yourself. The way they hear is always sitting there with almost no one in there both class and rude and calls you sweetie, and this in that, but when it comes to actually doing her job, she's constantly making excuses constantly putting you down and telling her what you shouldn't shouldn't do anything even when you ask her nicely she doesn't do what a normal person at that job would do I basically left the blood draw because the lady who drew my blood also said you have to ask her and I go out there and nicely. Ask her you know what I really need the scent to two other doctors can I give you their names and in a very combative matter, she made me she chastise me for not saying that when I first came in and told me it's too late I can't do it. I won't go into details, but this is rude. This is passing on the book to your client if she's not being paid for this I don't know what she's being paid for and luckily I had to press on it and told her I'm not going home and doing all this other work. I have 1 million other doctors appointment. This is your job and I would appreciate it if you made a little easier on me on top of that I'm Neurodiverse and I'm sick and anyways with three more chastisement she finally did this for me. She couldn't even find their fax numbers. I mean, I've worked in medical offices. You don't keep the person waiting. You say OK we'll do that and then you do that and they leave and they can count and you're doing that but this I don't know if this isn't happening anymore and especially not in this office but she continues all of this rush at being an angrily in front of other clients. All I'm saying is I left the office crying and so exhausted. So if if you were sick if you're retired, if you have, if you're elderly, if you have someone who's not doing too well please don't go here for your services. It's not worth the chastisement than the abuse. And it probably won't happen and nothing against this lady, but she really needs to not be working in this field or maybe not working at all. I mean I'm a person who gives people a lot of slack but this is actually just not ethical like she should be fired and go through the system again it's it's terrible. It's terrible. I'm only giving one star because I guess I have to give it for this review to go through

Templeton Imaging, Inc - On hold trying to make an appointment. Just be patient, because you'll never be a patient at this place

First, the staff behind the front desk, and all the technicians are absolutely WONDERFUL!…read more But.... a short time ago it went to walk-in X-rays, rather than being able to schedule an appointment. This makes getting an X-ray stressful, never sure if it can be done or not. I've talked to many who have quit going for this very reason, many having to go back 2-3 times until they can get their Doctor-ordered imaging. I can see the desk staff has to deal with irate patients, no fault of their own, and they do it with dignity and grace. This should not be part of their job description. As a patient, the peace of mind of a schedule time for imaging is priceless. I'm not sure who's brilliant idea this was to make this change, but it is affecting both patients and staff (from my observation) and I'm sure ultimately affecting the business, because not being able to schedule X-rays leaves a bad experience. Also, there needs to be a full-time person to answer the phone so the desk staff can do what they do so well, and patients can actually get through to the office.

Second time I have gone here for MRI in 3 years and now both times they have not sent my MRI disc…read moreto the doctor I gave them the information to send it. My DR is 3 hours away and the first time they said they sent it and I drove the three hours only to find out they had only sent the report not the disc. This time I called my doctor and ask if they had the disc and they told me they only had the report. My Dr office called then and requested the disc and lucky for me this time was a video call and he tells me they still have not received the disc and that I will have to make the 3 hour drive with my copy of it to review it and set an appointment for surgery if it needs that. They seem to be very unprofessional and no concern for their patient's care or time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be using Radiology Diag Center from now on. John Shaw

Do not use Dr. Camille Chandler at 1250 Peach Street, Suite A, San Luis Obispo, California aka…read moreMedical Clinic at Peach. Dr. Chandler and her staff cannot do basic medical requests/procedures like referrals, medical reconcillation (going over your current medications), lab work (misses what lab is to test for which causes patients to have to have blood drawn AGAIN) etc., etc. I have never seen anything like it but if you do a little research on Dr. Chandler, she has a history of bad patient care. One reviewer said that "Dr. Chandler was great at first but care diminished over time." I feel the same way. She is great during your first appointment only to become terrible afterwards. I tried to complain to the office manager "Dawn B," but the gatekeepers, who answer the phones, refused to transfer me to Dawn's voicemail and I can guarantee she didn't give "Dawn" a message from me. I know this because my spouse tried to get a "primary care referral" from Chandler's office to go to a dermatologist for two straight weeks (for a condition that was getting worse and worse re: his autoimmune disease) he ended up going to Urgent Care (2x) in Santa Maria. Dignity Health's insurance REQUIRES a patient to use a primary care office to get any specialist care. I am horrified and sickened at how poorly ran this office is. How poorly Chandler listens to her patients. How poorly their medical assistants are. No patient should EVER be treated so poorly by a physician or their staff. I cannot recommend Medical Clinic at Peach to anyone until behavior changes. Sadly, I don't think it will given Chandler's history at her previous clinic and her current one.

I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. I feel relieved to have emergency care like Twin Cities in our community. I've read some pretty abysmal reviews and being a nurse, I know there are always two sides to the story. Thank you Twin Cities.

Staff seemed competent with their job with the exception of the patient facing front staff, they…read morewere poor. You would think the people facing the patient would exhibit some compassion and care. This is the same complaint I have about Templeton Imaging. Clinical staff is great but the people who start the process are horrible. I realize that it is a tough job admitting patients but if you can't exhibit a level of concern and compassion, GET ANOTHER JOB! My wife went there on a Monday because she was short of breath and had a very low Hemoglobin number and was advised by her PCP to get to the ER for a transfusion. Long wait in the ER waiting room, finally got a bed in a room. Nurses there seemed proficient and friendly, one specifically was very attentive, wish I caught his name. Finally admitted to a room and the journey began. She ended up with three units of blood and an upper GI procedure. In the end she was discharged on Thursday with VERY unclear discharge orders. Not sure what discharge planning there was since I was there in the afternoon and nothing was listed on the board about a plan. Overall if there was another choice I would take it. I know there were a lot of complaint about Tenet but at least they seemed better. I find this disappointing because I worked for Adventist East and consider it to be a fine organization. Again the nurses and most of the staff are very good but the challenge is the front facing people don't seem to care.
