The way they hear is always sitting there with almost no one in there both class and rude and calls you sweetie, and this in that, but when it comes to actually doing her job, she's constantly making excuses constantly putting you down and telling her what you shouldn't shouldn't do anything even when you ask her nicely she doesn't do what a normal person at that job would do I basically left the blood draw because the lady who drew my blood also said you have to ask her and I go out there and nicely. Ask her you know what I really need the scent to two other doctors can I give you their names and in a very combative matter, she made me she chastise me for not saying that when I first came in and told me it's too late I can't do it. I won't go into details, but this is rude. This is passing on the book to your client if she's not being paid for this I don't know what she's being paid for and luckily I had to press on it and told her I'm not going home and doing all this other work. I had a transformative experience at the community health center in Paso Robles urgent care near…read morewalmart. Recently it that ignited my passion for advocacy and patient care. The urgent care department has two providers, a doctor and a physician assistant, who I felt misunderstood my request for muscle relaxers to alleviate a severe spasm in my spine and nerve pain in my face. Unfortunately, they delayed my treatment and made light of my condition, which was unsettling. I was also taken aback by their unprofessional comments about my diagnosis. Saying, I'm not God, I can't make your condition go away. Excuse me, what medical professional makes ridiculous comments like that? I took steps to address these issues and ensure that everyone receives exceptional care, by reporting them to the medical board and CEO. I am empowered to advocate for myself and others, and I am committed to creating positive change in my community. Other patients have complained about inaccurate care at this facility as well. I refuse to be sacrificed because they're unaware of my health conditions, one was DDD and the other Trigeminal neuralgia.

This makes getting an X-ray stressful, never sure if it can be done or not. I've talked to many who have quit going for this very reason, many having to go back 2-3 times until they can get their Doctor-ordered imaging. I can see the desk staff has to deal with irate patients, no fault of their own, and they do it with dignity and grace. This should not be part of their job description. As a patient, the peace of mind of a schedule time for imaging is priceless. I'm not sure who's brilliant idea this was to make this change, but it is affecting both patients and staff (from my observation) and I'm sure ultimately affecting the business, because not being able to schedule X-rays leaves a bad experience. Also, there needs to be a full-time person to answer the phone so the desk staff can do what they do so well, and patients can actually get through to the office.

My DR is 3 hours away and the first time they said they sent it and I drove the three hours only to find out they had only sent the report not the disc. This time I called my doctor and ask if they had the disc and they told me they only had the report. My Dr office called then and requested the disc and lucky for me this time was a video call and he tells me they still have not received the disc and that I will have to make the 3 hour drive with my copy of it to review it and set an appointment for surgery if it needs that. They seem to be very unprofessional and no concern for their patient's care or time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be using Radiology Diag Center from now on. John Shaw

Dr. Chandler and her staff cannot do basic medical requests/procedures like referrals, medical reconcillation (going over your current medications), lab work (misses what lab is to test for which causes patients to have to have blood drawn AGAIN) etc., etc. I have never seen anything like it but if you do a little research on Dr. Chandler, she has a history of bad patient care. One reviewer said that "Dr. Chandler was great at first but care diminished over time." I feel the same way. She is great during your first appointment only to become terrible afterwards. I tried to complain to the office manager "Dawn B," but the gatekeepers, who answer the phones, refused to transfer me to Dawn's voicemail and I can guarantee she didn't give "Dawn" a message from me. I know this because my spouse tried to get a "primary care referral" from Chandler's office to go to a dermatologist for two straight weeks (for a condition that was getting worse and worse re: his autoimmune disease) he ended up going to Urgent Care (2x) in Santa Maria. Dignity Health's insurance REQUIRES a patient to use a primary care office to get any specialist care. I am horrified and sickened at how poorly ran this office is. How poorly Chandler listens to her patients. How poorly their medical assistants are. No patient should EVER be treated so poorly by a physician or their staff. I cannot recommend Medical Clinic at Peach to anyone until behavior changes. Sadly, I don't think it will given Chandler's history at her previous clinic and her current one.
