In the world we live in today, it is impossible to find a GREAT air-conditioning Professional that is Honest as the day is long with integrity and character, and that's exactly what we found in Brian the owner. A friend referred him to us 5 years ago for my 82 year old Moms air conditioner. He fixed Moms air conditioner right the first time and then we just recently called him again and he fixed it right the second time. The first time we called Brian was after other air conditioning companies wanted us to replace the entire unit because it was older and even the warranty company we have on Moms house wouldn't fix it. Brian came over and replaced a fan and a few other things, filled it with Freon and hose leak. Saved us 10K at least. My heater and thermostat both went out and I was feeling the wrath of a cold wife that was wondering when I'd call someone out to fix it. I figured if I waited long enough it would be spring and my troubles would be behind me for at least 9 months or so. I was finally convinced to have someone take a look at it, so I called and spoke to Brian. He agreed to come out on a Sunday on short notice. He was very professional, a master in the trade, and had all the necessary parts on his truck. His prices are beyond fair. The repairs took no time at all and he even inspected the rest of my system to ensure everything was in working order and tested the whole system before he left.
