Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. My experience with Zuercher has also started me thinking about ways to improve the 30+ year old lighting in my home, and I will be calling them in the near future to tackle that project!

This Wilder, TN company is not affiliated with the Complete Comfort Solutions in Mount Juliet, TN…read more The Wilder, TN CCS is not trustworthy. I requested water heater service through my home warranty company on a Friday. I spoke to CCS owner, via phone, and told him what was happening. CCS scheduled a home appointment for Monday. Failed to make the appointment because the employee was reportedly in a crash and totaled the truck. They would not answer any phone calls, but only communicated by Text after this. They said they would send someone on Tuesday. No one showed. No response to texts until Thursday...now 6 days after first conversation. I send photos of the Water Heater and leak and I was told they would work on getting a new one ordered. On Monday, now 10 days later, Home Warranty company sends me an email saying some repairs and new items, plus plumbing lines and code upgrades are not covered. This was based on the CCS estimate after they "visited" my home on Friday. CCS never visited my home. I complained to Warranty company they estimate is inaccurate and false since CCS never visited my home. Warranty company calls CCS and is told the second driver was involved in a crash and did not make it to the home on Friday either. However CCS submitted the false estimate highlighting many items that were not needed. CCS would have known that if they actually came to the home. I recontact CCS and ask for a copy of the estimate and they won't provide it. Told me their second driver's truck was down for repairs and that is why he did not make the appointment...that I was never told they were coming for. In the end, the Home Warranty company is reimbursing me my costs when I got my own contractor and they agree that CCS was not honest in this work approach. I would caution anyone that is considering using CCS of Wilder, TN. I found them untruthful and unreliable.

On the morning of the service call, it was changed to 10:00 till 12:00....the technician arrived at 4:30. I Was initially quoted $550 for replacing two flush kits in two bathrooms. After completing the service, I was advised that the iPad had erroneously given me the "Member" price and my actual cost would be $675. I have been advised that the $550 quote was an extreme price for the service call. I later requested an itemized bill and was told "We don't do that" My initial intent was to use a local company, I learned the plumbing service was provided by a company out of Nashville. I have no issues with the work that was done, I do have concerns about how I was charged for this service call, and their lack of openness on how I was billed.

While I am trying to find the water turn off valve from our water system, she is calling around. $200, $300, $400 just to come out. Then, as I found the shut off valve, she found Chris at TriFlow. He was nice and extremely professional. He said don't worry about any emergency charges, he would only charge a normal visit charge. Since I knew what part to buy, I rushed to Lowes before he showed up and purchased the valve. What would have been easily $1000 by other companies, turned out to be only a couple hundred. Of course he wants to make it out to be a bigger job than it was. I would have gladly paid that amount if he had installed a shut off valve, but he didn't. He couldn't quote me an estimate because he hadn't seen the job. But when he saw the job, he didn't call me to say what he would charge. He wanted to justify his charge by talking about a holiday weekend. However the Labor Day holiday was on 9-7-26 and he went to the property on 9-3-26. Then he claimed additional charge due to the time of day that he went there. The property was open during business hours and he walked right in and did the unplugging of the water cooler and turning off the water before closing time.
