I regret to say that my experience with this orthodontist was far from satisfactory. From the outset, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. Each appointment I attended involved waiting for over an hour beyond my scheduled time, indicating significant issues with their scheduling system and time management. The most concerning aspect of my treatment was the premature removal of my braces. Despite raising concerns, I was assured that it was the appropriate time to remove them. Unfortunately, this decision has led to ongoing issues, including persistent jaw pain and a jaw that frequently pops. These problems have caused considerable discomfort and have negatively impacted my quality of life. Additionally, the communication throughout my treatment was inadequate. My questions and concerns were often brushed aside, and I rarely received comprehensive explanations regarding my treatment progress or the rationale behind certain decisions. In summary, my experience with this orthodontist was highly disappointing. The unprofessional conduct, poor scheduling practices, and the significant negative outcomes resulting from their premature removal of my braces make it difficult for me to recommend their services. I would advise seeking orthodontic care elsewhere to ensure a more professional and satisfactory experience. read more

My daughter has been receiving treatment at Temecula Orthodintic Group for YEARS. From bite plates (to correct her bite) to spacers (while we waited for baby teeth to fall out and permanent teeth to grow in) to braces and continued bite correction. NEVER have they tried to rush the process. Brenda is the one that had been working on my daughter's treatment. She has always been friendly, gentle with her treatment and informative on the progress and next steps. She always takes the time to answer our questions...even when the office was packed, she never made us feel like she didn't have time to answer questions. I could not praise Modesta enough...this woman is my hero!!! My daughter is covered by two dental insurances and we also had an FSA. She went as far as delaying any payment required from me for many months until we were able to receive final apptovals from the insurance companies so I didn't havr to go through the process of requesting reimbursements for payments already made. Everyone in the office, both front and back, are very friendly. I would highly recommend Temecula Orthodontic Group to anyone needing an orthodontist. You will be very well taken care of. read more

I've been coming to this office since I was 13 when I first got my braces on and now I am 22, coming back to get a new retainer because of a tooth that shifted (that was all my fault!). My teeth look great now and I am very grateful to have straight teeth. The staff has stayed the very friendly, helpful one it was when I was a new patient. The people who worked on me always remembered who I was and what I was doing. Dr. Luther is very friendly and always asked me about myself. He wants to make sure your teeth look the best they can, and beyond. Modesta, the biller, is so nice and professional. She just wants to help you get the right care for the right price for you. She knows insurance policies and is willing to investigate to figure out what is covered for you! I trust her completely, and that is not always easy to say about certain medical offices. She is a great asset and I would recommend the office based on her alone. There is a bit of a wait to get into your appointment, like any medical office, but the outcome definitely outweighs the inconvenience. I highly recommend this office for all your orthodontic needs! read more

My son has been under the care of Dr. Luther for a year now. I went to 6 other orthodontic offices for consults. Dr. Luther wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. I didn't want to go with the cheapest cause of the saying "you get what you pay for." I chose his office mainly based on the friendliness of his staff and it seemed that he had genuine care for the patients. Where as I noticed at our other consults, that those offices were money driven first. So now we are a year into treatment and my son's mouth already looks great. We are amazed how good it is looking so far. I'm glad I went with my gut on picking an office. No one on staff ever seems to get irritated with all of the younger sibling that are brought into the office. Dr. Luther is very nice and polite. He will take the time to talk to parents when they have question and he explains everything so you can understand, none of this medical mumbo jumbo. As well as make a point to just say HI. I am always telling my friends and neighbor to go to his office when they ask about ortho care. read more

First of all I just wanted to say how amazing this orthodontist office is. I saw an add on Facebook for them that you were able to receive braces from med-i-cal so I decided I would give them a call and schedule my 3 children an appointment. At first I thought, this cannot be real and thought well it's another fake Facebook post but let me give it a try. I had an appointment today for 3 of my children and let me just say I am glad I did not cancel or not show up. Modesta was absolutely amazing at explaining to myself and my children what needed to be done for them to get their braces. All 3 of my children need braces. It was such an easy process and Modesta explained it so very well of what needs to be done. I can honestly say I am so happy I have found this office and can say it is true med-i-cal does pay for them. I highly recommend them. The office was very clean and staff was amazing. read more

At first I wasn't happy about getting braces but the people their made me actually become excited about getting them. Every time I came in for my appointment they would always ask how I am doing and ask about how I am doing in football. I felt connected there and its a good and positive place to be around. Not only are they good with their patients but they are also nice and fun with their co-workers which makes the environment a place to be around especially when you are a kid who doesn't want to deal with braces in the first place and personally for me when I see people are happy I just naturally want to be apart of it. They just make you feel welcome! Also Modesta, Brenda and Shela are 3 special ladies that always like to have a conversation with me or my parents throughout my appointment which again goes back that positive feeling and environment. My daughter and I got our braces on one day apart. Our treatment by Dr. Luther has been wonderful. My daughter has a great smile and I have just a short while before mine is finally revealed. In two and a half years, I was delayed twice, and any notice would be nice when not seen at the appointed time, hence the 4 stars. Also, having the last say when your treatment is complete to your satisfaction is a plus. Lisa has made my visits entertaining and joyful, and I always look forward to my next appointment (got one today : ). Overall, the staff does a great job working together to get us in and out in a timely manner. Also, thank you for the early hours as I love the earlier appointments, and the after school hours because we never take our kids out of school for routine appointments when possible. Thank you all for the work you do. Victor H. read more

I just got my braces off recently and I couldn't be happier with the results! I got my braces my sophomore year and hoped to have them off by my senior prom , I told Denise I wanted them off before prom and she did everything she could to have me ready by then! She was always a total sweetheart and always super understanding. When I got them off there was one tooth that Dr. Luther was still wanting to fix so he made my retainer to fix it and it's been working great! Even after the braces were off he still wanted to make sure he did the most he could do for me and I'm very happy about that! In general all the ladies in the front are always sweethearts as well and everyone always greets you with a smile! I loved my experience with Temecula Orthodontic Group (: read more

We love Temecula Orthodontic Group. My daughter had an underbite and cross bite. Her adult teeth were coming in behind others. She has done phase 1 and now she's in phase 2. And we're loving her smile. Dr. Luther is very sweet and gentle with the kids. He explains everything along the way. All the assistants are very sweet, professional and make my daughter feel very comfortable each time. They have always taken their time and explained everything. The front office staff is nice and professional. Modesta has helped us so much. She has worked with all our insurances and payments. We really appreciate her billing expertise. We highly recommend Temecula Orthodontic Group. Heather Hargraves & Kalia Everette read more

While there can sometimes be a bit of a wait, I understand they are dedicated to providing thorough care to each patient. My Son and I came here after having a horrible experience with another practice. I have nothing but good things to report about this orthodontic group. The staff is friendly and professional. Modesta showed such compassion when told about our prior experience and was so thorough in explaining our financial responsibilities, which was so reasonable. I never felt like I was being ripped off. I am very pleased with Dr. Luther as well. He is very knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for a family Orthodontist this is where it's at. Quality care is hard to come by these days unfortunately, this place was a breath of fresh air. read more

I want to thank the staff for the great service provided to my daughter and I. Dr. Michael Luther is an amazing Orthodontist and a perfectionist. He is very patient and friendly. Modesta and Sheila have been amazing in working with me in regards to my account balances. Lisa has worked on my and my daughters braces from day one and has been absolutely terrific! I really wish every Dr's office I went to was as friendly and kind as everyone in the office of Dr. Luther. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and kindness you have all shown my daughter and I. We really do appreciate it and are extremely grateful!! read more

My daughter was blessed to be accepted by Dr Luther and his amazing staff. In the almost three years that she has been in his care I have seen many changes that have come forth from receiving his awesome skills. She was truly a very tough challenge that the staff was not afraid to take on.. Due to the fact that my older daughter was such a challenge they also started to monitor my younger children as well. Because of their care and concern we were able to catch many small problems before they became major problems. I can not thank the staff of Temecula Orthodontics enough for all that they have done.. read more

Modesta is the most amazing! She is always friendly and takes great care of my daughter. She is very knowledgeable in the field and has helped with breaking down our payments to be very manageable. In terms of being priced reasonably, I find them very competitive. I received 3 quotes and ultimately decided to go with them. The staff is courteous and is accommodating with follow up Appt times. They have always worked around our school and work schedules. Dr. Luther is very friendly and addresses concerns right away. I have had a great experience and would recommend this office. read more

I been a patient of Dr. Luther's office for over 5 years now and I have never had anything to complain about. The staff is so friendly, the office is impeccably clean, and the service is excellent! Modesta has also been of great help all this years, she has always been very attentive and has worked around my dental insurance to provide me with the most affordable plans, never making feel like I am forced to make any purchases I am not comfortable with. My experience with the Temecula Orthodontic Group has been outstanding and Dr. Luther has given me a smile I'm finally proud of! read more

This orthodontic group has done OUTSTANDING work on my teeth. My orthodontist, Brenda, found solutions to complications with my teeth on several occasions that maintain the pace for the process and saved me money at the same time. She has done an amazing job and words can't express my gratitude. My teeth had given me more issues than just the horrible appearance. I couldn't eat comfortably, I had teeth that couldn't even grow out because of lack of space, and I refused to smile because of insecurity. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to brighten their smile. read more

I have been coming to this Office for years, over all I have had a great experience with Dr. Luther. There is only one issue that I have and it's the front counter staff. There is a lady that is very rude, she tries to put on a front and act nice but even her nice comments have a sense of sarcasm. I have seen her be rude to other patients as well. She answers the phone and doesn't even say hello, just puts you on hold then when she comes back always short and rude and in a hurry to get rid of you. My husband took the kids for the first time and he said she is very rude. read more
