However the last 6 months have been a battle, we were paying for 10-1 and we would be surprised if they could maintain that for more then a couple days with out it dropping down to less then 1 down. Ruth, who answers the phone seems to care, however don't believe a word she says," I'll call you back im making a note so I don't forget" this is her famous last words or I swear to god I'll call you back, never does. I always had to call back, and then they stopped answering my called until I started blocking my number, surprise they answered those calls but if my number wasn't blocked they wouldn't answer. The only person who seems to actually put his words to action is Steve, not sure what one but there is two of them. Melissa is also nice to deal with, but over all you will pay for something you don't get, I'm in the middle of a calm with the CRTC to see what can be done as we have spent so much money for nothing with these guys. Finally we have found another provider who will be able provide for us what we pay for. Look at using someone else who will actually take care of your internet needs.

The receiver and wires were installed discretely and into a tricky spot in the house. The service received from both the office and the field person was exceptional! Also we ended up saving money as compared to the "Big 2" and have unlimited downloads (as compared to a skimpy 20 GB/month!!!) If Silo can reach your property I strongly advise giving them a call!

Someone stating that they with "Look into it and call back" What a joke! I truly believe that is standard procedure to say that... and do Nothing. I have even had contact with the VP who basically did the same thing... and Nothing. I also emailed customer service over 10 times... Which they just started a "Ticket" in order to have my issues resolved... After multiple tickets... still noting. Instead of just admitting that there service is trash... and can't get me the 12 mbps that they promised and refund me... They strung me along with promises over and over again for a month!! My family was stuck not being able to stream TV, Movies and my kids were barely able to do there online school programs due to the Brutal service. Don't be fooled like I was!! I wish I googled them and read there reviews before calling them and paying them for this Horrible internet service. I wouldn't be in this mess. Please don't make the same mistake I did!!
