After 5 hours of problem after problem, with an inspection prior to the installation day and promising 18 to 20 channels we end up with only 5 channels, they sad will come back with another item to fix the problem -never heard of them again, today is exactly 3 months from the installation day. Buzzmax answers the tech support line immediately.) (2) the phone is voip so it CAN go down at the same time as the internet. They say it is possible for one to stay up even though the other goes down when the modem wears out. Buzzmax said modums last about a year but the Bell installer said the one they sent me can last 10 years. I'm so much happier with buzzzmax.

For the first scheduled installation, their technician was late for hours. There is no phone call notifying us from the company or the technician about being late. When we called asking about when the technician would arrive,they told us they couldn't reach their technician. And their excuse was the booking window was 8 hours. For second scheduled time, they didn't installed the modem for us, and their excuse was the technician couldn't find the modem while the modem was in the office. Our internet has never been ready for use and they have been charging us the internet service for 3 months now. They have all the excuses not to refund for the 3 months charge and they didn't think they did anything wrong. They are good at finding excuses.

The deals there were just as great ($750 for a Samsung LED Smart TV) and there weren't the crowds to deal with, service was personal and stress-free, and within 10 minutes I was walking out with my TV. No sales pressure, no stress, no BS. And the best part is Gibson's personalized customer care -- something goes wrong with the TV, they come to your house, they take it out, they fix it, they bring it back. Highly recommended. We have been with this company going on a year, for the first 6 months things seemed to be okay,…read morethe system would go down from time to time and that's to be expected with point to point. However the last 6 months have been a battle, we were paying for 10-1 and we would be surprised if they could maintain that for more then a couple days with out it dropping down to less then 1 down. Ruth, who answers the phone seems to care, however don't believe a word she says," I'll call you back im making a note so I don't forget" this is her famous last words or I swear to god I'll call you back, never does. I always had to call back, and then they stopped answering my called until I started blocking my number, surprise they answered those calls but if my number wasn't blocked they wouldn't answer. The only person who seems to actually put his words to action is Steve, not sure what one but there is two of them. Melissa is also nice to deal with, but over all you will pay for something you don't get, I'm in the middle of a calm with the CRTC to see what can be done as we have spent so much money for nothing with these guys. Finally we have found another provider who will be able provide for us what we pay for. Look at using someone else who will actually take care of your internet needs.
