She explained that she would email a copy of the bill, and described the process of creating an online account to get past bills. I'm happy to have dealt with her and grateful for the positive interaction with this company.

Customer service has gone straight to hell with their Telus merger/transfer. You wait forever and…read morecannot get anyone on the phone, they don't reply via email anymore and when they do, it's a generic script. Just a complete mess. Focus is on getting new customers who do not recognize the service downgrade. Long time customers are disregarded. They do not care about loyalty so don't bother being loyal to them if you find better. For those who liked that they weren't part of the big comms, that's gone now. You're essentially dealing directly with part of the duopoly now.

I live right next to the Megawire tower and I get the worst internet ever!!!! And when I try to…read morecommunicate with the Megawire rep I get the run around and I have asked for followups but they don't even do that!!! Worst internet connection ever!!! I highly DONT recommend them in the Tri Cities area. Would have given them NO stars but that wasn't an option. Zero customer service and zero follow up and the worst internet I have ever had.

We have been with this company going on a year, for the first 6 months things seemed to be okay,…read morethe system would go down from time to time and that's to be expected with point to point. However the last 6 months have been a battle, we were paying for 10-1 and we would be surprised if they could maintain that for more then a couple days with out it dropping down to less then 1 down. Ruth, who answers the phone seems to care, however don't believe a word she says," I'll call you back im making a note so I don't forget" this is her famous last words or I swear to god I'll call you back, never does. I always had to call back, and then they stopped answering my called until I started blocking my number, surprise they answered those calls but if my number wasn't blocked they wouldn't answer. The only person who seems to actually put his words to action is Steve, not sure what one but there is two of them. Melissa is also nice to deal with, but over all you will pay for something you don't get, I'm in the middle of a calm with the CRTC to see what can be done as we have spent so much money for nothing with these guys. Finally we have found another provider who will be able provide for us what we pay for. Look at using someone else who will actually take care of your internet needs.
