They promised to correct the billing every time I contacted Beanfield, but they seemed like incapable to solve the problem. I was frustrated and cancelled Beanfield service though their pricing was so attractive. After the cancellation, they kept sending me new invoices showing I owed them money. After I told them I would complain about their messy billing to CCTS, they promised to refund my overpaid money. But as you would guess, no, they didn't do the refund. Every single time, someone from LST would call me a couple seconds later to check in on me. Recently, LST called me again to tell me that I was due for a battery change. Funny thing is, I actually saw a light on my keypad the day before and was wondering what it was. The girl on the phone says that's the system's way of telling me that the battery is low. They sent someone to change the battery, and the light went away. My family and I have used different alarm companies in the past, but the way LST looks out for you is a cut above the rest. I've been with them for almost 2 years now and it's been great!
