I'm heartbroken that I'm just finding out about this now...I could've been eating brisket and ribs every time we shopped around here. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. Thanks to hoard shopping, our local markets had NO MEAT, so we decided to give these guys a try. There was hardly any place to park in the small parking lot and very crowded inside - but they had plenty of meat - understandably, not everything we came for. There's a fresh selection of yummy kebabs, poppers, and other bites. They also sell a wide variety of spices, smoker wood chips, and Texas pecans. The owner Neal is always in the shop or kitchen and you can tell he is passionate about his business, products, and customer service.
