And she made suggestions on HOW to write things in a way an employer would take notice. Y'all, I'm not even kidding.. a week after I'd made those changes and started using the newly revised resume, I had multiple responses to applications. It's been about a month now and I can't even tell you how many interviews I've been on now. Just this week I've already had 2 interviews and I have 2 more scheduled!! My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work.
