The Queen and King mattresses come with the adorable squishy toys! The airy waffle mattresses are super comfy and hold up well and even better than our Sleep Number mattress! The Purple Flex is softer and less firm than the standard mattress with extra layer of foam. I can feel the difference when I lay on my son's mattress vs mine and the extra $300 is well worth it! The mattress has a cooling agent. The thick Harmony pillow offers perfect back support when lounging around in bed (writing this review and watching TV!) The flat Dreamweaver is perfect for actually sleeping. My only complaint is that the Dreamweaver has a mild funky smell. The mattress is pretty easy to roll out and didn't need much assembly (we didn't pay for installation). The stretchy linens are super comfy and worth the splurge and received a great bundle discount on the pillows and linens. After trying out some options, we decided to upgrade our bed (and move our previous mattress to the guest room) and purchased a tempur-pedic pro adapt. We were told it was cooling and we wouldn't be overheated in it. Since receiving it, the mattress has been very stiff. I know there is a break-in period required for memory foam so I can't complain about that. However, it has been so hot that we aren't able to sleep at all. The "cooling" is non-existent. We have honestly never slept worse. At the time of purchase, we were told that if we didn't like it, we had 100 days to send it back. What they don't tell you is they don't do returns, only exchanges AND that the exchanges have to be of equal value. We wanted to exchange it and go back to our original plan of getting a cheaper mattress for our guest room. Apparently, that can't happen. After spending an hour trying to get someone on the phone at corporate, I finally spoke to a regional manager who essentially told me "it sounds like you just don't want to spend money." He was incredibly dismissive and unwilling to try and reach any sort of solution. I would recommend looking at Mattress Firm - it seems like they actually have a return policy instead of this sham.

I purchased two pairs of jeans in different sizes so I could try them on at home, and I applied a $50 gift card to the order. When I returned the pair that didn't fit, Macy's refunded the gift card first and only then refunded the remaining balance to my Macy's card. Because of this, the gift card could no longer be applied to the pair I kept, and I ended up being charged full price on my card. The only reason I bought these expensive jeans in the first place was because I had a gift card to use. This policy makes no sense and feels completely unfair. The manager was not helpful at all. She kept repeating that "the system doesn't allow" any changes to how returns are processed. I would have returned the pair I kept based on this experience alone, but I had already removed the tag. Macy's, your return system protects the gift card--not the customer. You need to do better if you want to keep loyal customers happy.
