Came in as walk in on a Friday afternoon. Two people had appointments before me, but the barbers kept me informed and got in me in a seat quicker than expected. I recently got an undercut from my hairstylist but in order to maintain it I had to find a local barber because I travel a little under an hour to get to her. So I tried out Telegraph Barbers mostly based on their excellent reviews. Rudy helped me out the very first time and I have stuck with him since. He's awesome, he made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this barber shop for anyone looking for a good haircut. Atmosphere is great. Wait times vary. This was around 1pm on a Saturday, which shows how popular they are! I've gotten my haircut here 5 times by 3 different people and my cut has been good to great each time! All the barbers are good at their job. However, every time I go the wait time is longer and longer. I've had to sit there for over 2 hours before even sitting in the barber chair and never less than 45 minutes. I know extended wait time is a characteristic of a barbershop and especially for a good quality cut, but they need to start doing appointments, expanding, giving more barbers more hours or some solution I don't know since I'm not in the industry to remedy the wait time issue. I should not be in the barbershop for 3+ hours when I'm just getting a fade. If you have PLENTY of time or have the hook up there then I highly recommend this place. read more

I been bringing my son here since he was one. They do a really good job thanks to Erika for taking your time with my son. Is a drive from where I live but is worth the drive. Come early it get really busy. You can call have your name on the list and the prices are very reasonable. Also parking is small so you might have to park in the street. read more

I tell him a trim on top no more than an inch and a taper fade he cut off AT LEAST 4 inches I literally don't have curls anymore. Great experience, I've been looking for a good barber shop in my city but none came close to the indisputable great customer service telegraph barber shop provides, I gave them a call and let them know I was coming from West Covina and they were able to put me on the list saving me lots of time. As I arrived I waited 10 minutes max and I was already getting a hair cut. I usually would go for a guy but I trust that they have professional barber and went with the Young lady who cuts hair there and wow! She took her time to give me what I wanted in a hair cut. Great haircuts, but leave your children at home. Majority of the time the barbers are talking amongst each other with fowl language you definitely don't want the young ones to hear. If you just want a haircut with no care for customer service. This place may be for you. It'll cost you around $20. As far as parking, very difficult to find a spot here.
