Best men's haircut in town! Always consistent. Never disappointing. We'll mannered and hospitable. Much appreciated.

The wait time was awful. They told my son there was only one person ahead of him (based on the book where you sign in), then two people went in front. They do not know how to cut hair for someone who has course, curly hair. They cut his ear and the haircut was not tapered correctly. Cool atmosphere, but never going back here again read more

Came in as walk in on a Friday afternoon. Two people had appointments before me, but the barbers kept me informed and got in me in a seat quicker than expected. Left with a fresh cut and a good experience. Felt like it was a great atmosphere all around. Shout out to Rudy who did an awesome job with my hair! The other barbers looked meticulous and on it as well. read more

Telegraph Barber Shop - Clean cut - Barbers Near Me - Whittier, California

Excelente servicio, el trato de cada barbero es perfecto, buen corte de cabello y calidad de personal.

Love this shop! Good vibes, good tunes, good conversation with good homeboys. They're very respectful, hardly a out of turn word is spoken when I'm there. I have always been intimidated as a woman and mom taking our son to get his hair cuts, but after I told them "medium fade no clip and short on top" they sai led "say less" and my boy turned around and looked so good. We usually try to get the apprentice Nicky, and he's so patient and sweet and a good listener to our son who can have some wild rambling conversations. Thanks guys for giving this lady a place to take our son! read more

I asked for lowfade and I got the highest of fades I look like a fucking muppet. 25$ for a simple lowfade. I can't comprehend how stupid I look. Id rather get 10$ haircut on a military base where they literally cut you're hair in 5-10 min. read more

Have taken my son to get his haircut with Rudy since my son was a toddler. Not only does he do an amazing job at cutting his hair but the love and patience he has for my son when he gets in those moods that he doesn't want to get a cut. Definitely recommend making an appointment with Rudy. Promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Everything about this business is good. The barbers treat you well they're always on time and the place is extremely clean and up-to-date. All the barbers cut well so you shouldn't have a problem. If you're just walking in I would highly recommend this place call and set up an appointment to make it easy for yourself. Other than that great service and have nothing bad to say I hope you guys enjoy it. read more

No wonder there is a long line and it seems like people who come in are long time friends or return customers many times over, the barbers are meticulous and take their time as if each head is a masterpiece. This is a great barber shop. The ambience is a man"s man cave. Sports memorabilia galore. The barbers wear a black collared shirt uniform. Really the best part is the haircut and how they know what they are doing. Eric the barber is excellent. Just be prepared to wait. read more

Was looking for a new shop near work, walked in and it was a bit crowded for a Monday, which I felt was bad for time, but a good sight. I was asked politely if I had an appointment, which I didn't, and to sign if I didn't. After a decent wait I got my haircut and was quite surprised. Barbers are a little young, but they know what their doing. Great fade and service. I will be returning! read more

I recently got an undercut from my hairstylist but in order to maintain it I had to find a local barber because I travel a little under an hour to get to her. So I tried out Telegraph Barbers mostly based on their excellent reviews. Rudy helped me out the very first time and I have stuck with him since. He's awesome, he made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this barber shop for anyone looking for a good haircut. Atmosphere is great. Wait times vary. I do suggest calling if you are in a hurry but they are honestly worth the wait. Parking can be difficult in front of the shop but you can park on the side by Walgreens read more

Ask for Rudy you won't be disappointed. Great personality , great with kids , leaves you super fresh !

Randomly found this shop around my area and decided to get my boyfriend a haircut here. Since we were walk-ins, we had to wait quite a while because there were at least 7 people ahead of us. This was around 1pm on a Saturday, which shows how popular they are! We were watching all the stylists and all of them are very detail oriented and really take their time to get your haircut just right. The price is really good as well. Boyfriend loved his cut and will definitely be a regular! read more

I have gone here a couple of times and they are professional and courteous. They have been at this site for so long it's no wonder why they are still around read more

This place has horrible customer service. I made an appointment earlier today @ 12 for 3 pm came at 2:50 for the appointment the guy was in the middle of a hair cut then he told me he had 1 more with an attitude so much for an appointment I dont recommend this place to anyone time has great value to it people need to respect that. read more

I've gotten my haircut here 5 times by 3 different people and my cut has been good to great each time! All the barbers are good at their job. However, every time I go the wait time is longer and longer. I've had to sit there for over 2 hours before even sitting in the barber chair and never less than 45 minutes. I know extended wait time is a characteristic of a barbershop and especially for a good quality cut, but they need to start doing appointments, expanding, giving more barbers more hours or some solution I don't know since I'm not in the industry to remedy the wait time issue. I should not be in the barbershop for 3+ hours when I'm just getting a fade. If you have PLENTY of time or have the hook up there then I highly recommend this place. read more

Taking reservations has ruined this barber shop. Used to be my favorite spot but it's completely gone to crap. Wait time is terrible unless you want to pay 25$. Which I saw them making appointments wait as well. Way to go ruining a good place. read more

I been bringing my son here since he was one. They do a really good job thanks to Erika for taking your time with my son. Is a drive from where I live but is worth the drive. Come early it get really busy. You can call have your name on the list and the prices are very reasonable. Also parking is small so you might have to park in the street. read more

Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, good prices, and they do an amazing job. Very detailed oriented.

Everyone do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here and if you do do not go to the young guy. I tell him a trim on top no more than an inch and a taper fade he cut off AT LEAST 4 inches I literally don't have curls anymore. Absolutely horrible can't believe I actually payed him to cut my hair. Will never be going back here read more

Great customer service! I love that they are on a first come first serve , I did go on a holiday week so it was a little busier than usual (I think) it was my first time there , anywho my point is they take their time with each haircut and don't rush the customer. It definitely was worth the wait! My girl definitely hooked me up ! I will be back for sure ! read more

Telegraph Barber Shop - Thanks for the awesome undercut! - Barbers Near Me - Whittier, California

Great experience, I've been looking for a good barber shop in my city but none came close to the indisputable great customer service telegraph barber shop provides, I gave them a call and let them know I was coming from West Covina and they were able to put me on the list saving me lots of time. As I arrived I waited 10 minutes max and I was already getting a hair cut. I usually would go for a guy but I trust that they have professional barber and went with the Young lady who cuts hair there and wow! She took her time to give me what I wanted in a hair cut. Detail oriented and knows what she's doing I finally have the look I wanted and missed. Will definitely be doing the drive from now on to get my hair cut here. By the way prices are great! read more

Called this place on a "Holliday" to see if they Were Open! (Because my regular spot was-close) due to "Holliday"....The "Idiot" responds "I Pick up the Phone didn't I" RUDE-NO RESPECT!! The Haircut was for my 12 year old neighbor (as a favor to his mom) I would NEVER CUT"My" hair here! High Barber turn over...and Dumb as Teen Barbers Always Talking loud "Nonsense Bullshit" No Customer wants to hear! The Manager/Old Man Owner Sucks managing this place...Last time I ever will take anyone here!!! read more

Great haircuts, but leave your children at home. Majority of the time the barbers are talking amongst each other with fowl language you definitely don't want the young ones to hear. If you just want a haircut with no care for customer service. This place may be for you. It'll cost you around $20. As far as parking, very difficult to find a spot here. And if you do, be aware that the spots are very close to each other. Best for compact cars and not huge trucks. read more

They took me quick not much of a wait sat with the first guy that took me asked for what I wanted dude fucked up my line up and the hair wasn't even first and last time read more

Just moved to the area, and desperately needed a haircut. I was the only old - white - guy in the shop, and these barbers do some pretty popular cuts, but Miguel cut my hair perfectly! I'll definitely be back! Thanks Miguel! read more

These guys are fantastic. Good basic haircuts that look great and are cheap. Sure, you might have to wait, but get over it and chill for a bit. read more

There's a reason for the long waits some of you are complaining about: they are good. And the high barber turnover is because the owner cares about the quality of output in his shop. The barbers have to be good at what they do if they want to stick around. Sometimes, I need a cut in a hurry and go to other places, and I always regret it. No matter which barber you go to in this shop, though, you will likely be getting a quality haircut. read more

I love coming to this barbershop. I always end up getting my haircuts from the homegirl that works there and she really knows how to get down with the low fades as I'm sure she's good with other types of cuts. Everyone at the shop keeps it friendly and professional at all times. I would gladly recommend this barbershop to any local or visitors in town. Keep up the great work. - Chris read more

Best barber shop in LA. I've been going here every month for the past 5 years and had a perfect cut every single time. You wont find a better barber who cut this well for the price. They have a ton of regulars for a reason. Make sure you book online. Rigo is the man! read more

If I was able to rate this place a half star I would have. For starters Arlene has a rude attitude on Telegraph Road! I'm unsure if she does this because she wants to intimidate customers but Arlene must work harder to please her customers instead of leading them out the door! read more

Found this place using Yelp. I decided to give them a shot and I am not regretting it. These barbers know how to cut your hair to your specs. No matter which barber gets you, be assured that you will leave happy. Be prepared for a wait, as you will be waiting for up to an hour; however, that hour will go by quickly as the banter between the barber's, or the movie/game on the tv will keep you entertained. They are fairly priced, about $16, and I give them a tip. A perfect bang for your buck. read more
