Called the Monday after, took almost 4 minutes for someone to pick up. And then had to leave a voicemail for Gretchen. She did not return. So tried her again on Wednesday... (side note: who ever answers the phones should never answer the phones) shocking voicemail again. It is now Thursday and 2 weeks since Gretchen initially called me and not a single peep from anyone at Robert Half. I understand my background is niche but take my skills & qualifications and utilize those in your pitch. Or call and get to know a bit about me to help too. Absolutely do not recommend Robert Half. They want easy clients, so they can just hand over your resume and collect the commission. You're better off submitting directly to companies and at least get a higher rate rather than low balled due to the commission the company would have to pay RH.
