I requested a full refund and Anthony agreed, that was Oct. 26. To date, I am still waiting for my refund, it has been excuse after excuse, first it was the accountants delay, then they ran out of checks, next it was their bank is virtual, after many excuses and delays, after threatening legal action, Anthony finally dropped off a refund check, but it was post-dated and drawn from a "personal" account. The last straw was it turned out the amount was incorrect, when I contacted them to let them know, again, more delays and excuses. Just wanted to make others aware of my terrible experience with this company.

The proprietor, who was friendly until I challenged the additional fees, even so much as swimming in my pool and taking some beer from my premises to give to her team, became insulting and opted not to complete a smaller, but very important part of the contracted job--I had requested that the contract included a clause to attach some wire mesh to a 'squirrel' vulnerable area. So now, I hear those squirrels scratching away, and have no warranty. I keep asking her to complete the job, and maybe have a conversation to end things more amicably, but she has ignored my requests.
