I recently had Rainbow Roofing work on my home, and unfortunately, it was a rather negative experience. There were several issues with the service provided, starting with the damage to my eavestrough caused by improper use of a ladder. Additionally, nails were used on the flashing instead of the appropriate roofing screws, leading to water leaks shortly after the job was completed.
The site was left in a mess, with debris scattered around the house. During the installation of new vents, the workers threw wood cutouts into the attic, and some vents were installed without even cutting holes in the roof.
Prior to starting of the project, rotting plywood was identified as an issue. The company promised to replace the plywood, but this was never done.
To further substantiate my concerns, I discovered nails in my pool after the completion of the work. Had I not promptly identified this issue, it would have resulted in substantial financial losses, potentially exceeding thousands of dollars, to repair or replace the damaged liner.
The flashing around the roof was not caulked properly, further compromising the integrity of the job.
Overall, my experience with Rainbow Roofing has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services based on the numerous issues and the lack of follow-through on their promises.
Additionally, when I attempted to address these issues with the company, the owner was very arrogant and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging and addressing the problems, he was defensive and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration. It's disappointing when customer concerns are met with such an attitude rather than a willingness to resolve the issues at hand. This interaction further solidified my decision not to recommend Rainbow Roofing to others. read more
